Yea 100psi is not going to get it, I have the ELECTIC PLUG in one and it cranks out 240psi and 1,2,3 variator and clutch nuts come right off. Alleyoop

Ok got variator off.. roller weights look perfect condition.. but damnit! I can't get cassing apart.. the rollers shook out easily throughboss hole.... and now I am headed back to store to get a 38mm socket... to clean and relube clutch... rrrr nightmare!

Ok got casing for variator apart... all looks well Inside.. but what do I know.. clutch moves fine.. and springs seem to b in good shape.. I need help!

Take the clutch apart and clean the sheave halfs and oil up a little paper towel and wipe around the Sheaves to get a little coating of oil on them and GREASE the PINS and the SLOTs the Sheave slides in and out on. That will help in the pulley siding in and out smoothly. Alleyoop

Can you tell me which belt is used on my scooter. The manual doesn't have it and can't read it on the belt itself.

Could be any of these 835-20-30 842-20-30 take a picture of the belt where the numbers are maybe we can make out the size. Alleyoop

Ok I will. I took it to a buddy.. and he says that the belt has stretched out a lil bit. I think this is wrong. But I again I don't know anything... opinions?

ok my scooter has been in an actual shop for a month now... they cannot figure it out at all!! they are saying maybe the cdi box controls the high end? is this fact?

they cannot get it to redline. it stops gaining rpms at 8500.... they are thinking maybe the cdi box has a two way control for engaging the power... one for low end and one for high end performance... and the high end is out.... thoughts.. suggestions... anything helps at this point THANKS

check the diaphram on top of carb for tears holes and leaks.

the motor got hooked up to a dummy tank and carb.... same issue was still happeneing...

coil was changed... rollers changed.. clutch cleaned.. vacuum lines all checked... compression good... exhaust clean.. everything checks out.. rrrrrr the shop that has my bike says they get a bike they cant figure out... maybe one time a year and mine seems to be the one this year. The only thing he can come up with is the CDI box.(Capacitor Discharged Ignition) does this seem right to anyone else?
