I had bought a taotao 50cc scooter from ctpremierscooter.com a while back. After a few weeks of use, my front brake line burst on me. Now with having a warrentee, that was for a year, I called them to have them replace it. Was told it would be in in two weeks and delivered to my house. A mth goes by, nothing. Call them, and have to go through the same thing again. call them a third time, and they don't answer their phones anymore, just send me to voicemail, even when I've been blowing up their phone lines for two weeks straight now

If it were me, I would buy the line from someone else and be riding. I wouldn't give up messing with ct , though!

if you can post a picture of the line ends and how long the line is . I can get you the brake line . We all have some version of your story .

Yes, they have you on their PHONE ID with trouble in river city(HAHA). What to do is us a different phone and I bet it will get picked up in a flash thinking it is a sale.

are you sure?this can't be true because 2 members here said and swear to their "god" that if you order chinese scooter parts it will arrive the next day. and these 2 are very trustworthy people.

i'll pm you the names of these 2 members i mentioned.



anyway, hope you resolve your issue with your scooter and start riding,, have fun..

I should have added that you need to order parts from a parts supplier not fly by night drop shippers. Once a drop shipper has your money he is done with you, with few exceptions. Its about the same type of deal when you buy a yamaha product, once you get it home you are on your own and should you need a part good luck.
