2008 Roketa 250 MC54B. I need new tires and am thinking('cause I don't know from tires)at AVON. Front 120/70/13 and Rear 140/60/13. AM63 Viper Stryke at $42.00 each. I got this scooter 2 years ago for my 87th birthday and really love riding it. I am an old WW2 Marine with no sence left people tell me but I love this scooter.

I am 71 and the way I figure is I can not afford to have a tire slip and me go down. (old bones do not heal) I get a tire that is sticky and least likely to slip especially in rain. I buy pirelli sl26 tires for the little scooter and pirelli diablos for the big scooter. a hard tire gives more miles but can slide, chinese tires, dunlops and other rock hard tires I do not believe are safe for me. metzler is an other one that is soft and sticky. Both are made in Brazil where good rubber comes from.

Ya..well thanks for the tire advice and as for the long life...my wife of 59 years was a Reg. Nurse for 30 years and we had no children soooo all she had to do was keep me healthy. I was a Comm. pilot for 25 years and had to take a phy. every 6 mo. and went to bed every night with a nurse. All that will get you in shape for a long time.

I wanna go to bed with a nurse! but not every night! lol oh snap it jenny, can't you read between lines? you need to stick to one wife, that's the key to longevity. so jennings wants to sleep with a nurse but not every night? , maybe he wants to sleep with a TSA in between nights, their hands are good in crawling around your 2 legs,,hahaha....oh god! but yah, hope you can find a way to post pictures of yourself taildrag, we appreciate it.
