I completely broke off my clutch shaft tonight.. I was accelerating at a stoplight and bang! The engine reved up hard but won't go anywhere.. I took the cvt apart on the spot and the shaft in the clutch that makes back wheel turn is completely seared off.. the clutch bell was just laying inside... in the processs.. it made my rollers in the variator all messed up! Can someone source where I can get a new shaft? Please and ty

Yeah I think so... if that's the rear shaft . But dang that's high...
Edit::
No wait.. that is for the main shaft coming from the engine isn't it? I need the clutch shaft

No that is the CLUTCH SHAFT and yes they are not cheap. But you may want to google and see if you can find a cheaper outfit. Alleyoop

here is rear shaft... it doesn't look like yours man.. why?.... yours says "chief shaft"

Didn't KZ break one of them too? I think he said he bought a genuine honda shaft locally.

Yea I think your right, cause the one from scrappy is very similar to the ones on the 150s . The other one I put up looks awefully long. Also the scrappy ones has the gear on the end of the shaft which turns the Secondary gear which in turn turns the Primary drive gear that actually turns your wheel . Alleyoop

That is what you will see when you take the plate off holding that broken shaft. Those are the gears that drive your wheel. That is my motor your looking at and the taller gears that where put in for more top end speed. Alleyoop
