Different. I think the bigger the scooter tires the more odd and morphed they begin to look.

Maybe I missed it but the trans type was not mentioned. Gear type, single speed, or cvt. Makes a whale of a difference as to the legality as a moped in most states. There is actually a version of the Honda horizontal engine clone with pedals to be legal in those states that require pedals still.

Transmission doesn't make any difference since it has that big an engine. Most all states cut off the moped status at 49 or 50cc. All the states really should get together with regulations and laws too. Some states allow people with no drivers license to operate one, meaning a drunk with a suspended can ride one.

It has a four speed, semi-automatic centrifugal clutch. I would call it a small motorcycle in any State. With over twice the ponies of my Cub clone I would imagine it would top out at 60mph or so. The difference is that unless you were climbing a Swiss Alp it wouldn't flinch at climbing hills. I could run anywhere on it since I'm sure 55 mph is easily attainable. Before you laugh, remember that the late Kawasaki Eliminator was a 125 and was reported to do 60 to 65 flat out.

Must have missed the displacement some where, just assumed it was a 49er.

I think they should build some like that as well. I've been wanting a cub or cub clone for years. Nice bikes.

Ask and you shall receive. www.superiorpowersports.com/110cc_motorcycle_p/bms110sc-bimetro.htmI'm in touch with a woman in New Hampshire who owns one and she's having a ball with it. These bikes reliable, well built and quite useful.
