I am getting a BAD vibration, from about 1/4 throttle - WOT, and it gets worse as the throttle increases, Its vibrating the CENTER STAND BAD!
While its on the center-stand, it will vibrate the concrete BAD!
Im a little worried about it, its also giving me a hard time tuning the carb, Ive tried both richer and leaner, and Middle, and I am getting some sputter no matter what, pretty sure I've got an air leak.
MAIN THING is the vibration, I HOPE its not an IMPRTANT Bearing.... It is a brand new condition scooter(305Miles) BUT its a 2008 Model...
What could it be guys??? THANKS!!!

Missing will cause that.

I hope its nothing to serious... But its been giving me tuning problems too... so IDK yet..
I will be taking the carb back out and going with a bigger main jet, and seal up the airbox like a German Kitty Cat!!! (GuuDenTite) hahaha
And investigate the vibration a little further, I hope it isn't TO Deep in the engine... :/

Missing could be due to a mixture problem, air leak, fuel delivery, or an electrical problem.

I Think you are right FrankenMech, I have a really big problem, now, NO MATTER WHAT I do, Richen the mix, Lean the mix(NEEDLE POSITION), out on the screw, or in, it WILL NOT STAY RUNNING now.

You may have a leaker.
-Or the fuel filter may be clogged, or the tank is empty, or a fuel line is kinked.... Have you checked fuel delivery at the carb?

Check the Motor mount bolts they may be loose or one side of the long bolt may have come out of the motor mount. Or the Bushings in the mounts are really shot and the bolt holding the motor on is rocking and rolling. Alleyoop

UPDATE 3:54pm 12/2/13 I FOUND THE SOURCE OF THE VIBES!!!! I took the CVT cover off, and found this! (attached pic) I am really surprised the scooter would even MOVE!!! Since this scooter only has 300 miles on it, I think this MIGHT have happened at the sweat shop... BUT I really don't think this guy EVER changed from the shipping oil in both the engine AND Gear Oil... the Gear Oil was BAD BROWN, drained and changed. The engine oil was BLACK, some of the blackest oil I have seen... I will be buying a new clutch, any recommendations??? THANKS FOR ALL THE IDEA'S GUYS!!! Attachments:

Nah Alley, there's 3 pads, the third one is the only one that DIDN'T break. and it's just a QMB139
I was gonna ask you guys too, I have been ATTEMPTING to get this nut off of the FRONT of the clutch assembly, am I going to need a Torque Spring Compressor?

Believe it or not, I found an OEM QMB139(NEW)Clutch Assembly for $25.74! From a seller in Houston, TX. I am so glad I found a cheap stock one, the owner wouldn't want anything but stock, I'm sure. Should be here by Thursday by the tracking #
I am looking into a better clutch myself, I better bell FOR SURE, I want one wide enough to EASILY change springs, that would be nice... MIGHT go with a softer spring, with a stiffer torque, and SLIDERS, instead of ROLLERS in the Variator. Kevlar Belt, might as well while I'm in here.
