Yes he does seem nice. But remember, he's a scooter salesman. There isn't a lower form of life on Earth. They eat babies and throw old women down stairs and......huh? Who Cookees? Yeah he's a scum bag scooter sales......He's listening isn't he? Sheesh...um yeah....good 'ol Tom, he's salt of the Earth and ...oh hey buddy! I didn't see you there! How's it.....ooooph! What impressed me most was his shop. Neat, clean, no tools laying all over the place, etc etc. You can tell a persons work ethic by the way he keeps his shop.

yes i agree, his shop is very well organized. One way to attract customers is to lower the labor cost, some shops charge as high as $90 to $100 per hour , my goodness!! that is just too much, a daytime robbery!! mygad!!!! charging per hour is just stupid in my opinion, they should charge the amount upon completion of the job. if they charge per hour they have the tendency to delay the job, know what i mean?? if i ever have a scooter shop, id formulate a labor flat rate, depends on the diffuculty of the job. if its a tire replacement (both), id charge $40 for maxiscooter because there are a lot of parts to be removed, and $20 for 50ccs.
