If you have a meter or a test lite,,,i like the test lite myself,it's cheap and easy to use,,,test the main power that goes to the start button in then out while depressed,,,if you have power then I'd suspect a grounding issue

No power to start switch. It appears that a power source is missing somewhere. The fuse block end (forth) with the red yellow leads do not have power, and i am sure at this point the power source does not come from the ignition switch (black wire). If i knew where this power source originated i may be able to track this issue down Thanks for your help!

Still at same place, no break lights therefore no start. Cannot determine where or how to get break lights. Is there any other fuse other that the fuse box, the inline from the battery, and there is one leading to the sound system what ever that is.

Run a power wire from the battery to the ignition switch and see if that does it,,,the main may have an internal break you can't see

This bike sounds a hell of a lot like my MC-54-250b, the brake lights don't work, won't start, no power to start button.... Band brake switch? That's what happened to mine.

Headlights can be a fairly large power draw,,,consider a LED replacement

Break lights working but no power to starter solenoid. I unlocked the connection to the solenoid, grounded the meter and tested for any power at the solenoid wire while the break handle is connected with break lights. Can you tell were to look for the source of power for the solenoid is generated from the break handles being pushed? Thanks so very much for your help. I sure would like to get this thing back together.

Update: Someone suggested the security system could prevent the scooter from starting. I disconnected it from the wiring, and the power now comes on to one side of the connection to the starter relay. However, the other connection does not go to ground with the tail lights engaged. Any suggestions?

Check the ground strap from the engine to frame
