We didn't do it on purpose, I can assure you that. Anyway, twowheeler, check your email. I have already sent you an email regarding this.
I'll reiterate my response from twowheeler's other post regarding us:
We have many rubber carb gaskets that get packaged in small baggies. Up until now this largely has not been an issue, as with a little time to lay flat outside of the bag, or some heat, they work fine. Is this ideal? Not really, but at the moment it is what we have, and since we've had zero returns or complaints up until this point it has not been an issue, and therefore not something that we've had to fix. It is now something that we'll take into consideration for the future.

As stated it is not ideal. Since you do not have any that have been packaged flat then I will buy elsewhere until such time I know you have them packaged properly. Thanks for responding.

Are you serious??? All this over a rubber gasket in a baggie? To each their own I guess. It is rubber, it goes back into shape. I ordered a couple carb kits fromm a different company and all the parts were in a hard bubble pack ( the type you hang on the wall) the gasket was in with the metal parts bouncing around and didn't hurt a thing. For the record, yes I order parts from partsforscooters (as well as other dealers) and never had an issue with anything they sold and shipped to me. |
