Well in the last 1000kms I've changed the belt and the tires and the SYM Citycom 300i runs like clockwork. Miles of smiles to ya. kiwiscoot

Hey Kiwi - good to see you here. What kind of tire (tyre) did you put on the Citycom? I sold my red Citycom, after breaking my arm, the current owner now has 10000 km on it and needs a new rear tire. I tried riding a HD 200 for a few months, but am spoiled, so back to a new Citycom! The new ones have a little more footroom and beefier mirrors...but same amazing ride!

My Kymco People 250 is on the road since April 1st!...Got all registration stuffs done. Insurance costs 200$ for a year + TTL 233$ + Inspection 15$. Changed engine oil with Shell 15w-40 (.9L) and gear oil SuperTech 80w-90 (.23L) then took a test ride. All I can say is...FANTASTIC!!!..ehehhehe ;D
I just put my Sigma 506 Digital Speedo meter on it last night. Got it from Ebay for 10$ with free shipping (the same as my old Viva 150cc). Took me 2 hrs to installed. I'll put an Action Packer box from Wally World on it (same as Viva). ehhehehe Anhoa

Phewww!! so many questions! ;D I put Michellin Gold Standards on it Ootscoot. Fantastic ride, change the good ride to just perfect. Ha ha Your one spoiled hombre now!! The new version Citycom should be pretty good in my book. Slider experiment - no I'll put that one on the back burner for a while. First thing on the list is to fix that cracking screen and get it on the scoot again. I'll kick off a thread on that to get some input.
Congrats on your People mate - keep the black stuff down and the bright side up. ;D ;D
