OK, Jack, I'll go look at that. OK guys, is that a vacuum fuel pump? And Sabo, you do not have an electronic throttle control, it is manual via a throttle cable. That is an auto coke...I think...that is one weird arse system bud. We'll get there. Don't worry, we'll get this together by your wife's birthday. Did he tell you guy's that? We're doing this for his present to his wife in a month...it's a surprise too, very sweet! She's not reading this is she Sabo? NO? Well then.... winky winky Ha! She is in my back now but she not understand what i write ;-)...thanks for the help guys.

Ok You have a Fuel pump the fuel has to be pumped up to the carb. The fuel hose coming from the tank has a sharp curve going to the pump. Take that and put it OVER the bar so it has a nice curve to the pump. I showed it with the YELLOW CURVE. But everything else looks good. ON the ENRICHER TAPE the place where it is bar, if it touchs metal it will ground out. Alleyoop The Enricher wire is BARE TAPE IT UP:

Yeah, I see what you're saying, here's the macro...I'll see if I can zoom in on that part, it's definitely DC as Alley nailed. So no electronic guru eh big fella..? Yeah, har.
I'll need a few minutes.

Here's the three components most in question. What else do you need Jack?

Cutesy Alley, I'd kiss you on the cheek but I know you'd rip my aorta out and tie it around my head. Just sayin'

OK Jack I see the blue/white and blue/yellow off of the CDI and it looks like they combine to the kill wire? And then it runs through a diode to the main switch? Huh? I think this is out of my pay grade buddy.
Yeah, and then there's the black ground off of the main switch, that's gotta be the kill. Why two different colored wires into the CDI ports? I'm getting a rash.
White blue from stator to CDI has to be trigger.
I'm thinking black on CDI is ground and brown is the power wire. What readings did Sabo get guys? I'm sorry I didn't read it yet.
It IS the brown! It connects to red with the switch. Usually folks the brown is dedicated more for the rear of the bike and maybe some dash functions. This is unusual.
On the left side of the stator I'm seeing almost a standard white yellow single phase AC configuration, the only thing I see different in the close up is the yellow wire color. Other than that it splits after regulation to 12V most likely to run the lights ect. I'll have to look at the macro. I'm sorry folks, I have to just jot this down as I realize something. JAAAAACK!!
Yep, you got your two AC wires into the regulator/rectifier and then then 12v DC red running to the battery and a fuse, now THAT looks normal. Jack, what the hell are all these diodes?
Good grief, the yellow/red turns into blue and DOES run to the lights !! HAR HAR HAR!!
AND! Yellow/red runs to the autochoke just like a regular yellow wire!. Now, I need to go back and hopefully Sabos wires will agree with this diagram, at least in function and then we can codify this into a coherent system. As Ahnold said, Ull be bach.

Alleyoop The Enricher wire is BARE TAPE IT UP: I tape there but man i dont think the enricher is working well because i not read a 12v on his wires and the bolt holds he in the carb. is rusty dificult to remove (a Philips hole), one more thing if i remove the carb. and replace for a compatible new one whitout enricher i have some kind of problem? To be honest all the parts for this scoot is a pain in head to find here i see a carb. similar and he was a honda biz 100 but all the commands and ducts are on tire side and he was little biger, the admission colector has a hole biger than i have on this motor anyway i have some hope whit this carb or i have to invest on a new compatible one?

I'll need a few minutes. Hey man you find a clue? This is good but how adapt to a new CDI? This is the question....

SABA, look for another BOX like the CDI BOX one is your CDI and one is the Regulator/Rectifier to charge the battery and take a picture of it and the wires going in and out. Don't worry the guys will figure how to replace the CDI. Just need to make sure that pic you put it IS THE CDI, because JR thinks it is the R/R and NOT the CDI. Alleyoop

Also don't worry about the carb not to much can go wrong with the carbs. Have you tried to adjust it? Does the motor run? Alleyoop

At this point I'm thinking swing and a miss. I can't make the wire colors match up with the diagram. Now it is possible that it is the correct diagram and somebody swapped wires. It happens all the time. I gotta take a break. Sabo, don't let it get you down buddy, this is how these things go. Maybe Jack will be around later if he's up late and he can straighten this out. I tend to run on adrenaline, Jack and Alley actually step back and use their intellect. That's always a smarter course. But let me go refill my adrenal glands. Hey Sabo.....winky wink. God....I hope your wife didn't see that! We're just pals Mr's Sabo....just kidding!
