If you put a little gas in the intake it should have fired at least once or attempted to fire. Take the plug out and hold it on the motor NOT the frame and crank it over and see if the plug is firing. Also check the plug after cranking it over and see if it is WET OR DRY. In addition do you have the muffler on and air filter on it? If not it will not start. And if it is out of time it would be the Woodruff key is damaged and or the flywheel. Alleyoop

Did you ever figure out your CDI on your 02 Vino ?
I have an 03 Vino and want to replace the CDI and have no clue which one to get.
