Look at end of sprocket 3 bolts metal tin bent over to hold to bolts from unscrewing. I have something like that but is attached to a bracket just wondering is a a bracket broke loose and fell off? and maybe that's why gear slides around?

I got my Zodiac PDI from Ice Bear from a different dealer trying to pull a fast one sold me a2013 for a 2015 all they kept says was the couldn't explain how it happened also came in with 125 miles in it's out put gear box was empty and junk many parts weren't assembled right. While I did get the new one I paid to keep the older one because they wouldn't accept it anyway I put it on pallet. I think I bear needs away to talk to there customers. The way it looks is you have to talk to middleman which some time don't work .

On my 2013-15 Zodiac's the chain drive rear is fixed but out put gear could be on backwards. If I take off 10 mm bolts rotate ring till it slides off shaft side gear off and turn over and see what happens. On mine if you put everything on right there is now way to adjust in or out on either gear. What type do you have and what year. what cc

I believe the kill switch over ride everything that's really what it is for. When I went to trike school first thing is explaining how to shut off engine they say never with key. 2 days of school then became legal on road but in all fairness learn a lot about safety and how trikes behave in curves.

By the way Rapid Jim gets me my spare parts or any part I need For my Ice Bears if you need a question he's the man I do believe in extra parts like brakes, cdi's valve stems.spare tire, cvt belt oil, gear oil, While Jim tells me I'll most likely not need it some of the stuff I would rather have and not need then need and not have. I was a maintenance machinist in a large company my job was keep all equipment running and time is money. But that's me got to love the wrench and challenge and make it run LOL

I have 3 Zodiacs two have 1,200 miles put on in 2 months from Ice Bear as a rule they are solid but you still need PM regular for loose bolts and nut and use lock tight. Remember these are inexpensive trikes they aren't HD for 30,000 you get what you pay for if you take care of them respect them and PM them you should be ok. I now have # 3 Zodiac this one will be my toy twiked and done right to exceed original specs. The trike you have is much smaller size wise and motor but all in all Ice Bear made it just remember oil changes, oil change, oil changes. I cut my in 1/2 haft the distance oil is cheep enough and while I'm at it I check for loose things.

Try doing easy stuff drain fuel get a air line blow tank as dry as possible change fuel filter and see what happens try then open gas cap to better venting. Some time over thinking can be a bigger problem then problem at hand.
