Try jumping the starter solenoid just the 2 large post see if it cranks

Try this when cold switch off kill switch crank it a couple of times turn it back on and try it again may need to do this a couple of times mine seem to start faster this way. I think fuel sinks back to tank after a while not running. I just got a couple a fuel check valves to see if my idea is right if so I will do it to my other 2 trikes.

my 3 2015 Zodiac's do the same so what are you asking? Are you have-ing a hard time starting?

If this is a new trike and person is close by why not call them. You should never have these problems with a new trike that was pdi. My 3 trikes start up like with the first crank and they are running. I believe you have a 6 month warranty use it don't let it slide. Or you will hate your self and your trike don't let that happen please

And again if new why do you need a new battery? Does it crank a lot before it starts? Do you run it long enough to recharge battery before shutting motor down? are you leaving key on over night there maybe a reason a new battery is already failing. Other thing is the trike charging system working right? If you husband has a meter while engine is running across battery + and - with meter should be getting 13.8 volts or about if he is the battery maybe issue. I am also thinking is was never fully charge before you even got it.

This is what you can't say what is battery doing when under a load that is why it needs to be tested for that it really sounds like a battery problem. It needs a test while under a load that's all I will say on this issue till it's dune.

very close to my dong fang but mine is only 150cc As far as front end it has upper and lower A frames and mind you it has grease fittings and really well made so can't see the statement about quality of front end.

My 3 300 cc Zodiac's I leave off radiator cap as engine running I start squeezing hose from thermostat housing till it starts getting warm shut off cool down top of if needed cap off.

my wife and I have 3 Ice Bear Zodiac's trike lots of fun and really not much hanging on for dear life. Just the fun knowing your not going to tip over and fall off just ride and enjoy it no madder what cc you have

I believe cyborg said a mouth full get a drink, relax , start pulling body panels carefully they will crack or brake easy. Look as you go at any connection you find and check and see if you found problem. You may find problem with out taking off everything.

So far they charged 1 for starting a fire of many on top of the mountain's now 15 people died 1,000 people home's and business gone, believe more then one fire bug started this mess. Should be tar and feathered then burned to death.

because of heavy smoke here in smoky mnt's very hard to breath no less ride, my wife as asthma this could lead to worse problems. Now are beautiful mnts are on fire because of fire bugs and thank God rain is now here a little late for many of or home owners. But still we will take what ever we can get to help with those many of fires we have burning. I would love to catch someone starting a fire no tell what I would do after fire was out to him.
