Doing a update here. I just installed my speedometer this last weekend and thought I would do a translation from Engrish to English.....
Red: Connect to constant 12V (direct battery voltage)
Brown: Connect to switched 12V (switched voltage from the keyed switch in the "on" position)
Green: Connect to negative/ground
Yellow/White: Connect to fuel float if 3 wire signal 500 ohm fuel sender
Yellow/Green: Connect to fuel float if 2 wire signal 100 ohm fuel sender
Light Blue: Right turn signal
Orange: Left turn signal
Blue: High beam indicator
Red/White: Connect inline with "trigger wire" to CDI. This wire can be Red/White, Blue/Yellow, or Blue/White.
Notes:
I found that I only needed to connect 1 wire to the fuel float in my application. I had a 3 wire float and in my case the Yellow/White wire was the same on the scooter. I just taped the unused wires up and connected the two Yellow/White wires together and gage worked fine. It was half full when I hooked up the gage and just to see if it was working right I started to add gas and watched the gage. As the tank filled gage went up and showed full once full.
In my case the Red/White wire for the "trigger wire" was the same color as my scooter had for that application.

Not sure why they would not show up. Pictures on another site would not show up ether. Hope they are working now. Now I show two pictures of each photo. Weird.
