I don't know yet. I'm going to see tomorrow. I'm tired of this kicking and bucking under 10mph. I'll start here, I have a new belt, I'll order new weights when I figure out what I want.

Are those fancy slider weights better, or just more expensive? And if I want to increase the weight from existing for more high end speed, what kind of weight increase is reasonable? One gram? Five grams?

Anyone know where the horn is on a Helix? I'm hoping I don't have to skin this thing to install a horn, but I can't see it through the service access.

I want a LOUD horn. Tired of people not hearing me. Anyone have any ideas? I have a Honda Helix clone.

If fuel isn't getting to the carb, why are you taking it apart? I just had the same problem, this is the procedure I used, it was posted in my thread. No fuel to the carb, fuel filter empty but blows through freely, diaphragm sucks, figured it's not getting out of the fuel tank. Blew into the tank, a little effort, then bubbles. Back running. All good news, but the bad news is whatever obstructed it is still in the tank, so.....guess I'll carry some tools. Read more: scooterdoc.proboards.com/thread/13128/cfmoto-fuel-problem#ixzz4N4Ls7jA1

Kenda it is. Seems to be the most popular, and just happens to be a the cheapest. Is the back wheel hard to get off? I doubt it, just thought I'd ask.

I have to replace my rear tire. Anyone with opinions on these tires? What I'm most interested in is longevity. I just put around town, no great distance or speed. I like the looks of the Shinko because it just looks like more rubber than the Kenda. I know this topic is like asking what's the best oil, but I'm only interested in these two tires.

If I hadn't crashed all those cars and broken so many bones, I'm sure I'd be in better shape! That's a big dog, hold on tight!

Ok, it starts with starter fluid, so it's not spark. What is this little hose that just hangs out in nowhere? It doesn't look like it was connected to anything. It's only about 2 inches long.

I'm just recovering now, 1.6 miles I pushed that b@st@ard, 61 y/o with back and leg problems! Wa wa wa. Tomorrow I'll start trouble shooting. I'll see if it's pumping fuel and go from there.

'05 Helix clone. Bought it early this summer with 2100 miles. Been running great for 2500 miles. Today I was stopped at a light and it quit. It would start and run for a second or two then quit. Pushed it home about 3 miles (I'm too old for that crap). So now I'm just wondering where to begin. I'm pretty sure it's fuel, too much or not enough. I'll be going by my local shop tomorrow and see if the guy can give me some ideas. My first guesses are the fuel pump, auto-choke, maybe fuel line obstruction, clogged jet. Any ideas?
