thanks for the advice guys, I usually go on another forum but I wanted more opinions. fortunately everybody says about the same thing. It sounds like this was my problem from the start.

on my 50 cc gy6 139qmb scooter, I just recently had installed a big bore kit from scrappy dog scooters. I did it for 2 reasons= to eliminate any compression issue by replacing the piston and rings, and also to upgrade it to carry my 300 lbs.
The scooter still will not start. I have good spark. I checked today and made a discovery- I have air blowing out of the intake! Im not a guru but shoudnt that be sucking air instead?

I went out and checked the fuel pump- fuel only flows when a vacuum is applied. I started the scooter and it ran fine, but I didnt leave the yard with it.
I cant take the screws off the top of the carb I have they are stripped.
I ordered a new carb today, new fuel and vacuum lines, new ignition coil- thanks for the advice guys- I know I posted on another forum too if you see me there Im just trying to get additional opinions.- Im trying to learn as much as possible.

my scoot ran good for about 3 days then it flooded on me, I checked the plug and there was gas all over it.
I pulled the plug and changed it and now when I tried to start it I noticed there was almost no gas in the fuel filter. How much is there supposed to be?
Also, my spark on my plug is blue-white but how bright is it supposed to be?

assuming that my spark is just right assuming that my carburetor is adjusted correctly assuming that my valve lash is set right
what else would cause low compression

unless you have a gas leak, take the scooter inside and stick it in the living room and cover it up unless you have some kind of special agreement on your lease the landlord cant barge into your house/apartment to see if its there...

I have a 50 CC longbo 50QT-22 scooter with a gy6 engine. I have new= CDI, magneto coil, spark plug, battery, carburator, choke and petcock.
my scooter has trouble starting, but eventually it will start usually I have to cover the air intake with my hand "to choke it" in order for it to start. But after it starts, it dies again.
Afterwards, I find gas all over my hand, it trickles gas back out. ( from the air intake)
I have the valves adjusted to .004
