take boot off wire check wire for spark..check for bad ground-switches kick stand switch.

you got too give some more info....what carb-how big-what motor...ect-ect...stock? may have a # on the jet. main or pilot?

from center stud to center stud is 42.65 mm. give or take a few thousand's........buford

yea it sounds like a air issue. it needs more air or vacume leak.

it's all about the air flow my friend. just because they say big valve that means nothing if the ports arent right.know what i mean?

scrappys big valve is 22-17 valves and he has non egr. and there is a lot of porting detailed work done to it. hoca's ports are not ported by hand they have a lot of slag in theres right?
