Remove the junk vacuum valve and put shutoff valve in its place. That will get you the fuel u need to the carb.

If you don't see any oil then your pump isn't working.
Glad to help. I was on here for a long time a few yrs ago, but I had to register again and start all over , not sure why?

take your valve cover off and start the scoot with the kill switch on. As the scoots turns over you should see oil being pumped to the cam bearings and top end.

My scoot has a digital oil temp light, but I have no idea if it even works. Your prob going to have hook two of the wires together if you have an extra one. Can't tell you for sure without a diagram.

Very good chance your oil pump isn't working. That happened to my 150cc with a bunch of mods. My Temps shot up real fast.

I just bought a couple new scoots 5he "spark 150's" and I'm really impressed with these scoots compared to the one I had back in 2014. It has the 14 inch wheels and even has Bluetooth with a charging port , sd port and controls for volume ,track change and a small speaker which I can surprisingly hear, lol. I bought a few cvt and engine upgrades .
