Jim what did I do to you that you attack me the way you do for all to read. I asked a simple question and you are giving a dig. You have no idea the deal that is being worked out. Do you think Icebear tells you the whole truth so that you can let everyone on the web know whats going on? If the people really new what I am doing with Icebear they would be doing the same thing. Do me a favor don't answer my questions on this or any other forum I don't need YOUR help.

Alley with the bigger holes the deck moves around and gets out of wack. They are big holes, like 3/8.

No I am not in the closet. I had a pipe made up finally I was just getting a idea on how a piece of closet pipe the guy across the street had to get some idea on what I wanted to do. And by the way the pipe is pretty thick, like a 3/16. It felt and looked better then the one that broke.

I have a New 300cc Tornado with less then 300 miles on it and the rear deck is cracking by the mounting screws. Does anyone have a idea how to stop this from getting worse? I have tried the bigger washer setup and thick undercoat but is has not slowed it down. I was going to put diamond plate strips on but I have rubber grommets that go through the deck. When you take the grommet out there is a bigger hole then the screw. I can't put the plate over the rubber grommet because then it does not fit flush. I have thought about using Dyna Mat which is stuck on the inside of the cars quarter panals so they don't vibirate so bad with the bass. It's like a thick tar paper and fly paper. Any other ideas out there would help, Thanks

Only two out of three line up, I guess someone before me didn't line it up when being built. I'll fix it I hope the bracket moves.

But in the way of the alignment what am I looking your? The headpipe the way in comes down? The only way I see is to spin the pipe so that it aligns with the muffler inlet. Am I right? I want to do like you fix it once.

Alley when your pipe broke (how many times) what did you find to be the problem? Was the motor mounts loose or out of line? Has the new one you made every broke? I am trying to find out due to mine breaking and don't want it to happen again. I checked all my engine mounts and muffler bolts and everything is tight. I was unable to check the alignment due to losing part of the pipe that fell off. What would I have to look for to make sure it was aligned right? I am sure you must be talking about the header pipe itself. My muffler will not slide or move, it just bolts up to the frame with three bolts. By the way I found tranny gears like the ones for the GY6 a lot of digging but I found them.

Mine broke also with less then 300 miles and my engine mounts are tight, everthing is tight just a bad design. It did not surprise me. Seems I have heard of a lot of them breaking. I went to a Hot Rod shop that does high performance exhaust but he had nothing that small and his bender would not go down that small. So I guess I will have to make one. Whatever you do don't buy one from Icebear it will only break again I have not made one yet but am working on it. Found a nice chrome closet pipe. You know the ones you hang cloths on in a closet. Will have to heat and bend. Fill it with sand and then cap it so when you bend it will not crimp. Keep me posted on how you make out.

My bike is almost new less then 200 miles and I have at least one inch of play and I do oil it and everything is tight. Maybe since all that miles is with two up and the swing arm is moving more then with one what do you all think about adjusting the shocks harder and tighten the chain to see what will happen. My friend just bought a 150 and the dealer who did the PDI took the factory chain off and put a after market on before he gave it to him. We both took a 60 mile trip and his is still tight. I am going to work on a tensioner and see what I can come up with. John
