Ok, that means it is being fed from the Stator not the battery, So then I would suspect the switch or bad connection at the socket or blown bulb. If blown I would check the voltage being put out at high rpms if more than 15 volts then your R/R is not regulating the voltage and or you may need a RELAY to bring down the voltage. Alleyoop

Indicators are you looking for the TURN SIGNAL RELAY? If so you can get them at any auto parts store. Just look at yours and see if it has 3 connectors or 2 and get one with the same number of connectors. Alleyoop

Tell me this WITH JUST THE KEY ON WERE YOU ABLE TO HAVE THE HI AND LOW BEAM or only one of them?
Only way one would know is if one had the same scooter and or the manual and the manual described how they work. It all depends on how that model is wired.
Take my 2009 Trike, ALL the LIGHTS WORK OFF THE BATTERY, the only thing that the R/R is doing is charging the battery. I can turn on the KEY and have ALL THE LIGHTS on or just the instrument panel lights and running light on, if if push the switch all the way to the left my HEADLIGHTS come on MOTOR NOT RUNNING. Since you have a light switch on the right hand grip I am assuming your lights are being fed off the battery. Which if so when you turn the key on you can put your lights on with the switch (is that right). If the lights are fed straight from the battery it's normal for the lights to be dim at idle and brighten up when given throttle. Has nothing to do with the switch it all has to do with the Regulator/Rectifier which charges your battery. At idle the stator does not produce as much voltage, it needs to spin faster to produce higher voltage to feed to the R/R which in turns converts the VAC to DC to charge the battery.
So get a multi meter and hook it up to the battery and see what it registers at IDLE and then REV it up to around 4k and it should register 13+ volts. If so everything is normal. Alleyoop

Welcome to the forum good to have you on here. I could not find your ride are you sure it is a 2008 icebear rhon venice? Also is it a Scooter, Trike or ATV Or did you misspell something?
Do you know if your headlights are feed from the battery or stator? But yes it is common for the lights to dim at idle and brighten up when given throttle. The electrics on the scoots are minimum at best they are on the edge.
You could check if the R/R is producing to much or not enough, usually the red wire is for charging the battery and at around 4K it should register 13+ volts, also check at idle. The white wire is usually feeding the lights so you can check the white wire a well. Alleyoop

I think they both rev the same, with the tachs you cannot tell 100 rpm differences and any change in temp and wind from one minute to another will give you different numbers so go with the one you like best. If you want little more rpms out of either one get 1/2 gram lighter weights, 1/2 gram up or down on weights does change things. Alleyoop

Question? On the WIDE OPEN Acceleration after the scoot reachs say 40mph DO the rpms climb or do they stay the same?

What makes them squeal is the type of material the brakes are made of or they are loose and vibrating. Cheap pads have a lot of metal bits and that causes squealing you want to get good pads that use a lot of organic material. Alleyoop

Yep, on the 115mm it climbed at LEAST 1/4 of an inch more.

Here is the manual: www.chinesescooterreference.com/jr/Eagle_ZBike.pdfAs far as dealers that sell those scooters just google for dealers in your state or area. Why are you looking for a dealer? For service you would have to find a shop that will work on a Chinese scooter many shops will not work on them only the Brand scooters like Hionda, Yamaha's etc.. That is why these forums exist to help people with chinese scooters fix them because not to many shops around will work on them so the OWNER has to do order the parts and do the work themselves. If you find a shop that will work on them they are very expensive. Alleyoop
