I agree totally don't mess with what works the problem is when it doesn't. Ride on dave this weekend is sneaking up fast. Time to go up and pick up them chicks. I'm a firm believer of 'you take care of it, and it will take care of you'. A little PM, ride reasonably, good gas, and it should last a good long time.

Actually I was making a bad joke about the investigation into VA hospitals and the delayed treatment and increasing deaths of Veterans due to that delayed treatment.
And, since Luke is 'out of the building', I guess that lets him off the hook. Unless, of course, he never comes back, then.............ya gotta wonder..............
jk

Wouldn't taller tires run counter to his inquiry about too much weight? I dunno. Would taller vs wider net to zero? And how much weight would it be? 1 or 2 lbs? Hell, that's like if I ride before or after lunch. Not really a deal breaker

The two trikes I've seen had a chain final drive. If it's engine power your concerned with could you change to a smaller front sprocket? Lowering the final drive ratio. Actually, I don't give a chit. I just started that post to see what kind of information other people had The trike does me just fine. I'm not after another 2 mph, 1.5 mpg, 0 - 60 in 44 vs 45 seconds, etc. I got it to ride and have fun. Actually, I was quite pleased that 300cc thing moves 1000 lbs as good as it does, so, why mess with what works. Dave

The funniest thing I saw was a guy that had a mini refrigerator tied to the back of his Harley.
No one ever lets anyone even touch their scoot/bike. Biker code. screw the civilians that will never understand. Like, yea, you can ride my scoot if I can ride your wife!!!!
I think I could easily enuf fabricate a hitch and get a harbor freight trailer, for short trips to the store/park/beer barn/etc
So, i can meet women at the lake, kool, I'm in.
Hope you cleaned up on the fishing today

I belong(ed) to a mc forum called thesabregroup, who has a hard on for another sabre forum called thesabrehood.
Any reference to the hood forum in a post while on the group forum is blocked/changed/deleted and the person is sent a warning of possible banning.
So, I see this friends link as a good thing

Yes, MC = Motor Cycle I used to fish, but not patient enuf. I'm more into instant gratification. I strap my crutches to the back seat/top box and they stick out the side a bit. I get some odd looks when folks drive by and see a one legged guy with crutches riding a scoot. One girl at autozone said : 'you go on with yo bad self' I think that meant good for you, or, maybe GFY, I dunno
Carp give a heck of a fight, and when I was in Japan, they were a regular meal item I gotta rig up a trailer to tow a cooler, then life would really be good
Good luck fishin DAVE!!!!!!!

Dave I will catch a big one out of the river I hope with the help of easy access with the scooter. The scooter with the milk crate works well for fishing. A lot of people look at me funny when the see my rig. I don't laugh at folks with milk crates Cheap and fills a need Good luck catching the big one
