Thanks Alleyoop for the quick reply. Yep..I DL'd that a long tome ago and can almost quote it from memory. In the 4th pic. on the far right side of the 'HI-LO MANUAL' is a plug titaled,"connecting outside controller power". I think this is the plug I have leftover and I don't know where it connects on my scoot. It could be that being 871/2 years old and a retired WW2 marine it's too late to start learning new stuff. Too soon old and too late smart. Thanks.

I am in big trouble. June of this year I ordered and received...1 Zenex Slim HID Conversion Kit H13 (9008) 6000K Hi/Lo Duel Xenon (Diamond White). Since June I have been reading forum after forum getting ready to install. Monday put 2008 Roketa M54B in garage and took off the plastic. Took out old bulbs and put in new..fit nice. Now my trouble..figured out where to put the relay and two ballasts but I have a 3 prong male plug left over. I have the wire that goes to the battery but where do I plug this whole harness? I would like to have this all done by next spring. I also have all the LEDs for the rest. I am in BIG trouble. Thanks for any advice I can get.

Ya..well thanks for the tire advice and as for the long life...my wife of 59 years was a Reg. Nurse for 30 years and we had no children soooo all she had to do was keep me healthy. I was a Comm. pilot for 25 years and had to take a phy. every 6 mo. and went to bed every night with a nurse. All that will get you in shape for a long time.

2008 Roketa 250 MC54B. I need new tires and am thinking('cause I don't know from tires)at AVON. Front 120/70/13 and Rear 140/60/13. AM63 Viper Stryke at $42.00 each. I got this scooter 2 years ago for my 87th birthday and really love riding it. I am an old WW2 Marine with no sence left people tell me but I love this scooter.

Thanks a lot guys. I would have never figured that out on my own. One question. I have a 12 volt battery which is 5 amps. So if I go any where between 3' to 25' I use 18 guage wire. Am I correct with that? Thanks

I am going to run a wire from my new HID headlights harnes to my battery with a fuse near the battery but what size wire do I use? It will not be a long way to run it but I have to get to the battery. Thanks Taildrag.

Yep..had the same rattle on my Roketa MC 54B 250. Turned out to be the chrome thingie that sits on the side of the muffler. Tighten two bolds...rattle gone.

The rubber boots are there to keep water out if you travel in the wet or rain. I have heard of some drilling small holes in the top back of the housing. Like maybe 1/8 " ?
