Ok believe it or not I have figured out why I would have flat spots or what ever you might call it. The CDI that was new had a loose wire a blue one. Which was the one that was in charge of starting it. So I guess it wasn't making a solid connection. So I soldered it and good to go very little flat spot. It now goes around 50 in almost 1/2 mile. Probably will get a little more out of her if I had more road. I don't think the CDI that I bought was restricted but could be is there any wire that I can yank out to get rid of the rev limit? The one that I bought is pretty popular on ebay. Its blue and says high performance and cheap lol.

This maybe be completely wrong. But I had a similar problem. When I tried to start it sometimes it would not start no clicking at all so I thought of the solenoid. But I replaced it still problem. Then one day I pushed down on the kick starter and then it started. So it maybe the kick starting gear is off and causing problem, but might not be your problem. Hope that helps.

Ok so I took it for a spin and I do have more power and not as much jerking motion. I adjusted the screw counter clockwise to lean it out and that almost got it. Still need just a tad more power. Should I try readjusting valves again or just leave it alone and adjust the carb some more?

The bolt that holds the cover on snapped. We tried to get it out but there's not anything really to grab on to with plyers. When I get it all adjusted Ill get it all fixed.

I took the air filter off to be able to get to the carb easier. Not sure where the rattleing is coming from. I thought that I set the valves right but Ill check again. The last time I done that the freaking bolt snapped off. Still needing to get it out. Luckly it was at the top and shouldn't cause any problems until I figure out how to get it out. If valve adjusting doesn't work what else could it be?

Ok here is a video of what's happening. When I give it full throttle it seems to boggs down. Also if I let off of the throttle some it seems to get more power. That's not in the video. I noticed that when I was trying to adjust the screw.

It doesn't have a tack. Has plenty of pick up. It just has a hesition or power loss just for a second keeps going fast but you hear it and feel it a bit.

Thanks for all that help! I just have a small problem its small I'm sure. When I am riding it seems to have a feeling of surging if that helps describe it? It has plenty of get up and go but I can only get it to 50mph in a half mile. Do you have any suggestion's on this?

Ok its so weird. I received a new coil but it was crack but it still worked. I put it on just to see if it would spark and at first it didn't. So I think that I was putting the plug on the wrong spot to see if it was sparking. I put it in a different spot and it did spark. So I put it back in and it started right up. Do you think that I may have a loose wire somewhere or the coil was bad and the new one is working even tho the black cap is broken?

I just checked to see if I have spark. Would you know it I don't. So I guess My coil just went bad. It is new but I did notice that I popped one day when I was working on it. I guess it touched something? Im pretty sure I'm getting fuel to the plug. It is pumping good now. If its not the coil then Ill look into the plug being wet or not. So do you have any advise on the spark if it just happens not to be the coil?

My 150cc was running just fine. Need to adjust the carb a tad. But ran fine for a few miles. Then as I was going it just stalled out and would not restart. I think I heard a small pop sound but that's it. Anyone have a idea? Fuel is getting there now. Battery charged just wont start.

Thanks Alleyoop! Totally worked! I lowered it a bit and put zip lines to hold it to the frame. Gas is shooting in really good. I'll have to give it a test run this weekend if its not raining. Thanks so much for all your help!
