I am in Pennsylvania. I have been ridding my 300cc trike in all weather and temperatures. I am having alot of fun. People think I am crazy but I even had my bike up on interstate 83 several times for 20+ mile rides in the cold and rain. I have been able to get my Magnum up in the 75mph neighborhood and just go to the truck lane on real steep hills. I have gotten some compliments and some respect from the local "Steak and Rice" riders. LOL. That would be Harley and Japanese bikers that have already started to put them away for the season. The Harley guys are still riding more though. I want to see how my trike handles the snow. Should be fun . I had a Ural patrol that was good in it when it wasn't broke down. I wear an Eagles scarf my wife made for me as I have an open-faced helmet. What about the rest of you guys? Anybody else will'n to brave the elements with their trike or scooter. Even cold rain was not that bad with preperation. ;D

My scooter trike runs great. Only problem I had so far was not letting it warm up long enough and then taking it on the highway in 30 F weather. Had it running at with throttle wide open. But the engine cooled to quikely and flooded on a hill. Pulled over and waited 5 and resarted, let it warm to 3 bars and it drove fine at 70-75 mph on Pa's interstate 83. My oil change is coming up and I am now well past my break in. If Penn-dot would not keep messing the roads up would be cool. I think it is great that you are getting so much use out of your scooter. I thought about getting my kids each a small 50cc or 100-150cc each for their first vehicle. Wade

I ride my bike rain shine or snow...as long as I can get away with it till my wife catches on. I have ridden so far in 29 F and 31 F degree weather so far. Also have ridden in a nice cold 40 F rain. Very brisk, most of the water just ran off anyway. Wade A Pa rider on a 2012 Ice Bear Magnum.

I am located in York Haven, Pa. land of angst and derision also the highest number of bars and single mothers per capita in York County, Pa. We have about 6000 total (adults and children) and have 4 bars. Enjoying bike much, hit 68 mph today! Felt like a doof. Was using a bungee cord to hold brake lever on an incline because I never noticed that little thumb lever to lock brakes. I feel Drain Bramaged.

Had bike out today. Went great. Had it on msin roads etc... Was able to get it titled pretty easy. Tax tag and title only 260.00. Not bad expected 300-400. Did one dumb thing though. Forgot to check my air pressure. Had it up to 50mph. Felt squishy. Front tire was at 20 never checked it out of crate. Corrected and put her to 60mph at the same rpm. Felt like a total idiot. My wife tried riding on the back and ended up choking me cause she was so scared and due to high seat height on my bike.

The old Rupp trike originally had I think a 400cc Kholer motor for snowmobile. When I bought mine they had tried to graft a 332 Polaris snowmobile engine in but the twits hooked the ac coil wires to the 12v electricsl and burnt the wires. It had another clutch on the drive- gear box. In effect it worked like a Cvt. No gears. But it packed a wallop when the clutches engaged. The clutch from the original motor probably was set for lowet Rpms. It was fun though.

Anna wants to drive it to(my wife) so I kept telling her I was going to put skulls and crossbones on it. But thought a good stripe would set it up good. Pink or red would lool good to but I think she would have killed me if it was pink..hates it. The pink I mean. She might get one to or maybe a Bonzia 150cc (moto covered tilting trike).

Yeah, it came out of a snowmobile. I had to cut and weld frame to fit it in....I tested it out a few times ad stood it up on the back wheels. Sold it before I made it street legal.

Coolness for the lovin the stripe. I have experience with motorcycles. I have owned a 1980 honda 250 cc, a 1984 suzuki 2 cylinder 650cc, a 1983 suzuki 650cc 4 cylinder, a 1974 Rupp trike repair project with a 650 hirth 2 stoke crammed in it, and a 2007 ural 750cc driven sidecar rig. This is my first experience with a cvt, very nice and smooth.
