yeah and the moon could fall on me too! haha... Love my lil china scoot! Be safe, brother... There's just something very tranquil about riding out in the country in the fresh air. yeah, i agree! but if you get into an accident or jumped at by a damn deer and threw you in the ravene, there's no one to help you but the cows, chickens, field rats, and nursing goats.., because there's not much people around those areas, you can see houses are far apart., cellular signal might not even reach that place,or even gummy bear or french fries.....anyhow, just take extra care when riding, nice pics, loveeet!!! thanks for sharing..

Mine has a slight delay, not sure if it is correct. The accelerator pump comes into play when going from almost fully closed throttle to full open throttle in one motion. It pumps a shot of raw fuel directly into the carburetor throat for a brief second. That is my understanding of it. You may have to adjust the timing of the pump by slightly bending the actuating lever. I saw a vid somewhere in the forums illustrating adjustment of the lever for optimum response.

It really doesn't sound as if anything is wrong to me. It is very difficult to listen when it's revving, I got my best listen while it was at idle. I know this probably doesn't help. The forum is very quiet today. Others will chime in soon.

Glad to hear you're coming up on line with the trike. Over time you will become more comfortable with operating the scoot. Have fun with it and be safe.

China Scoots are groovy! Does anyone know the actual horsepower generated by these 50cc engines?

The Honda Scooters of that time era were very well engineered. I remember seeing them on the roads and up close.
