Looking good Denise. Hey - if you were one of my students, I'd probably give you an excuse for a late paper due to a new scooter. Once that PDI's done, get out and practice a lot. Be careful about turns.
When my son (now 31) was younger, he went through that loose pants phase. My folks gave him about 10 different styles/colors of rope to hold his pants up for his birthday as a joke.

The epoxy might work on the cracked stuff. It did with mine. You meet to fashion some kind of brace until it sets. I don't know if splicing brake lines is a good idea.

Be careful with those brakes Josh! If epoxy doesn't work on your tabs try welding with a soldering gun and plastic zip ties. JR is a wizard with those!

Hey M/C, glad you're back. I'm getting there. Helmet - I checked it out, doesn't look like major damage, just scratches, so I'm not replacing now. Maybe for Christmas? I sure don't need anymore fishing gear which is what the kids always buy me.

Update - I'm feeling much better although the ribs are still kind of sore. I can do most things and it doesn't hurt to sneeze/yawn/laugh. I took some time yesterday and worked most of the scratches out and got a base coat of paint on. It's darker but so was the original under coat and I need to find something a little lighter for a final coat. The factory paint looks like it has just a touch of purple so I know that I'll never quite match it. Repairing the pin stripes is going to be a b!tch.
Rain is forecast for the next few days so I won't be riding.

Wow Kiwi. Too bad you didn't buy that a couple months ago when you had the cold months to work on it. Now you're coming into riding season. Good luck!

Rich - I've got to disagree. They do loosen up a little, at least my Fulmer FF did.
Classic - you do want it snug so don't get a larger size. When I went down on Sunday, there was still enough movement that when my face hit and then my head, my glasses were twisted off my nose. There are some differences in size between manufacturers too. My Fulmer is a medium but my wife's Hawk modular feels about the same and it's a small.

Thanks Rich. That's not really me. That's an image of a poltergeist. I'm going to try and sell it on E-bay. I guess I'm somewhat better but the ribs still hurt like He!! when I do just about anything. I thought about (for 10 seconds) riding to class today and decided to give it a couple more days to heal up.

Scooterran - thanks for the offer. I don't think it would fit. This one (like everything else on this thing) is a little different. I'm not wprried about it at this point.

Update - went out a little bit ago and got the hardbags realigned. Got the sprung plastic put back in place. Now I have to sand the scratches and try to match paint.

Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear it's for a problem. Did you check for a blown fuse? What type of scooter are you riding. We have wiring diagrams in the tech section.
