Make sure your Scooter is running, the light will come on then, if not check your fuse box located under your seat after you remove your battery cover it is the little black rectangle box.

Got my headlights working BTW! Somebody that owned it before me, had all kinds of screwed up wiring! I studied the schematic, and found the issues, Really happy about that, so I can keep the stock HI/LOW switch! UNFORTUNATELY, I cracked the lens, testing. I dropped it.... But the wiring works! So I'm still happy! This way, I can either get a new lens, or Street fighter Assembly, and the wiring will be ready to go! NOW, I have noticed the Radiator Fan, is NOT coming on... even after the bike warms up, if its not moving, it will start to get hot, thats when the FAN, SHOULD, kick on, But since it's not, I am thinking either Temp Sensor(Unlikely cause the gauge works...) OR could be another hack job on the wiring.... On my Jonway yy250 T I have a temp fan sensor switch that is screwed into my radiator and my temp sensor switch is up by my thermostat, so check to see if you have 1 at your radiator.

Well it's me again. I think I have this thing figured out. The harness and ballasts are OK but the h13 bi-xenon bulbs I ordered are wrong soooo I need(I think) to order h4 bi-xenon bulbs to fit the ballasts that I now have. I sure wish someone would vaify that before I spend any more money. This is what I have now. Zenex Slim HID Conversion Kit H13 (9008) 6000K Hi/Lo Deal Xenon (Diamond White) BTW....does the (9008) mean that the harness is for the H13 bulb? If so...then I will have to orde a whole new kit...ouch. I used these on my Jonway yy250T www.amazon.com/Headlight-Conversion-Kensun-Dual-Beam-Bi-Xenon/dp/B00802GB1M/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

Thanks so far, But what about the rollers what weight I see there are many different ones. Is it the heavier the more RPM's or vise versa?
Thanks

On my Roketa MC-54-250, when I start out my day and ready to ride, when I give her gas there is a jerking/ bucking vibration coming from the rear, I'm assuming it is the CVT Belt. If I need to change the rollers in the Variator, I would like to add something that would give me more RPM's and speed, I see the websites have all different weights any suggestions on them and also what type of belt? I have the CF/ Moto engine.
Thanks

You all helped me in the past so here goes another question.
On my Jonway/Roketa 250 cc with the CF Helix engine when I start her in the Morning she runs very poorly that unless I keep my hand on the throttle she will stall out, once she is warmed up no problems what so ever. Can someone please point me in the right direction what to start looking for.
Thanks in advance.

I have some great news finally, the Ex Honda mechanic I found on craigs list changed out my stator and regulator. He also fixed my leaking coolant reservoir, he changed out my glass fuse to a push in fuse, changed my gas filter and spark plug also he found a melted hose and replaced that. Then the wire was loose on my sensor that controls my temp gauge he clamped that down.
The scooter now charges and the battery is reading a constant 12.9 volts even with all my lights,4 ways and hitting the break lights.
This guys was great.
All he charged me in labor with the diagnosing and repairs was $140.00
I'm a happy camper again. ;D ;D

Ok, I just had the scooter checked by a Ex Honda Mechanic and we come to the conclusion about the stator needs to be replaced. The Fan was running because one of the damn shops bypassed the fan switch and that was that reason we fixed that and the fan kicks on now when the temp gauge warms a little over half way.
1st question where can I get a stator and he said he also needs a gasket for it.
Thanks in advanced.

you need a fan switch that is why you stay not positive . the fan is only designed to run when you get to a certain temp then turn off . We have seen this before . fan/temp switch . John I pulled the fuse for the fan and retested the battery for charging but it still does not charge when the fan is not running.

Ok I just got home from work, and put 6o miles on the scooter and the battery now reads 12.49 There is no drain on the Lights or any power on the bike, I had the high lights on coming home turned the blinkers on and hit the breaks , nothing dimmed at all.
John the fan does come on when I start the scooter I hear it when I put the key to the on position.
As for testing the stator, as I said in previous post I'm not familiar, with this where it is located and How do I pull off the body parts to access it.
Thanks
Tom
