Sprocket, I'm sure they are great fuel pumps. But how much pressure will the produce? electronic fuel injectors work at a higher pressure.

Here's a little trick that might work. Get a split shot sinker of appropriate size (they are used for fishing). put between end of cable and catch to take up slack and crimp. I have used this trick several times. Only problem is lead is soft and might tend to open up. you could also try a steel putty such as JB weld. Good Luck.

I've been doing a lot of searching and found that similar systems use about 60 watts. I don't know if the charging system will handle that. Also The oxygen sensor is not included and the instructions don't specify what type they use. I sent them an e-mail to inquire about this. Any way If this project fails I'll just get a bigger trike to try it on. ;D

The performance exhaust header pipe I got will not fit. I'll need to fabricate a new one. I'm thinking about getting a supertrap with a 2" inlet and cutting the original header at the catalytic converter. It is 2" in diameter. but I wonder if it will put the muflfer to close to the fan shroud.

I was awakened by thunder storms and couldn't get back to sleep. So I picked up a copy of model airplane news. Radio controlled planes and helicopters is one of my other expensive hobbies. Anyway I came across an add for servo motors. then I got to thinking. I wonder If I could replace the throttle cable with a servo and driver. Now the reason I'm thinking of this is because when I changed the carburetor to a 24mm the throttle cable was not long enough and I had to modify the cable bracket and move it closer to the operating linkage. If I wouldn't of been able to do this I would have to replace the cable. If it had a servo it would have been as easy as loosening the clamp and extending the cable. Any thoughts on this?

How many watts does the electric choke use? I'm trying to calculate how many watts to reduce to run a fuel pump that draws 2 amps. When I install the efi system I will eliminate the choke.
