Not sure that really explains it either. I bought an engine from scrappy. That engine is marked 1P39QMB and it has a 39mm piston and jug.

Mine is a 2010 Magnum 300R and it has independent rear suspension. what year is your model?
Yes that is a fender bracket bolt. The two on the outside hold the clamp around the axle and the one in the middle allows for some adjustment of the fender.

That is a 7AMP 90cca battery and should do just fine. If that is what you actually got. I have an Extreme MagnaPower AGM battery ETX9 in mine. It is a 9 AMP 120 CCA battery. Proper charging of sealed AGM batteries is important because over charging and under charging can damage the battery. You should use an automatic temp. sensing voltage regulated charger set between 14.1 to 14.5 volts. Read The paperwork that came with your battery.

I use a black G-MAX44S on colder days and a silver G-MAX54S on warmer days.

One of the few times I'm glad I wasn't riding. Friday I had to drive my Explorer to work because I had some Stuff to pick up. On the way home at a red light I was rear ended. This is one of my biggest fears of riding. I hate to think of what could have been if I was riding. Now I gotta do the insurance tango. Roy

Ok guys, I think I got this one figured out. I keep my trikes in my garage and the gas cap is a locking type so I'm sure it ain't the neighborhood hoodlums. Only way into the garage is through the inside door. My boy was over last weekend working on his weed eater. I didn't have any two stroke gas in my one gallon can and now it is about half full and the five gallon can is empty also. My siphon bulb was laying out on a shelf and not where usually keep it. Man that boy keeps me guessing what he's gonna do next. Roy

WOW!! An electric fuel pump that keeps on ticking with no electricity another amazing discovery I didn't say the fuel pump ran with no electricity. The fuel pump turns on when I turn the key on. And yes it is getting power or the engine would not have even started. Roy

AMAZING THOSE PETCOCKS, they have brains, they shut fuel flow when not in use and flow fuel when needed JUST AMAZING Ya they are Smart Alley, but they ain't amazing enough to work with e.f.i. electric fuel pumps. If they did I would not have had to put a manual valve on it. Roy

I have a manual valve on my trike. Apparently last time I parked it I forgot to close the valve. I had some errands to run this morning and decided to take my mojo. I did my usual pre-ride check of the tires, lights, ect,. I didn't pay much attention to the gas gauge since I filled up last time I rode it and it should have had a full tank. Well I hops on and proceed to cruse down the block. I got almost to the stop sign and it started sputtering on died. So I'm thinking to myself I forgot to open the gas valve. I have done this before and this is about as far as i can get with the fuel in the hoses. So I reach down to open the valve and discover it is already open. Then I checked the gauge and it is on empty. Now since I was only about a block away from home I decided to push this three wheel beast back. It seemed better than walking home and getting my small gas container and walking back to fill it up. now let me tell ya it really sucks pushing a three wheel scooter for even a block. I need to find out where it is leaking.(it has not leaked before) and I also want to figure out some way to remind myself to close the valve.

Ya, but you have to be extra cautious though. It is getting exceedingly harder to tell which ones have indoor plumbing and which ones don't. Roy I inspect Would that be the "Dundee" inspection method or just a thorough visual? Roy

Cyborg? A lot....a freaking lot. Still Andy, look at what John said, the old pooters had reels buzzing back and forth and the originals clicked and clacked like Robbie the robot. They were moving electrons but they were doing it with switches. And I know about the capacitors being switches, but still, there's a flat brick of a SSD and it doesn't buzz or hum. At least the HDDs whine like a HS girlfriend. It just makes me feel more at home to know something, even to a small degree, is actually moving in a computer. And I work on them, I got three in the shop right now! I take them apart and think "there should be more moving in here....like a cam...where's the damn cam?!" I don't know about any cams. A few years back (probably more than a few) I ran across a program that takes the cpu usage and turns it into a tachometer signal through a comm port. It was pretty cool watching the needle in the tach mounted on top of the tower bounce around as the cpu usage went up and down. I still have that tach set up. Roy

Hello and welcome. Sorry to say there are no manuals for these trikes. Ally is our foremost trike expert and has explained to you already. But some of know enough to be dangerous. If you are having a problem a little more information would help us help you. You already stated the year, but model, size of engine and a description of your problem will help. A photo of your trike would be good also, if you can. We like photo's. I have two 2010 trikes. one is a pst50-8 known as a mojo. The other is a 300R magnum.

Any marks on the piston? Two stroke pistons have a locator pin that keeps the rings from being installed wrong and also keeps them from spinning on the piston so the ends of the rings don't get caught in the ports. Is it possible the piston was installed wrong? They usually have an indicator. if not it may be the ring pin that determines which way to install the piston. It may have been a small piece of foreign material that went into the port. Hone it out and install new rings depending on how deep the groove is. If it is to deep and you hone the cylinder to far the rings may not seat and a loose cylinder may create a piston slap condition.

Alley and bash answered most of your questions. The Knowledge you seek is here somewhere and a search on the subjects should lead you in the right direction. As for your question on oil pumps, I have a post about the modification I did to my oil pump I Just can't remember where I put it. I didn't get around to testing the pressure and volume of the modified pump though. I just have to many thing going on but still plan on it. As far as E.F.I. I was one of the first To put a system on a gy6 139qmb engine. Actually my engine is 72cc. It is not a simple bolt on procedure and some minor modifications might have to be made. Also it will tax the charging system to the limit. But it can be done. I got my system from Ecotrons, it is basically the same system as the MBE. They have been through several upgrades since I installed my system.
