Ok. I just used a long screw driver and listened to different parts of the motor. I can't pin point exactly where it's coming from. Could it be the new weights? Would a compression test rule anything out? Or diagnose anything further? I plan on tearing into it more tomorrow after work. Thanks.

The noise isn't heard when I rev it. It is a 150cc. I just put new 13gram rollers in. The chain by the rockers seems loose. I read on another site it could be a bearing. Any thoughts on that? Thanks.

On my 150cc it's been running nice and fast so far this year. The other day I noticed a knocking sound. Not loud. But it was there when I was idling. Then today I noticed it again. It sounds like it's coming from the valve area. Then the scooter would stall at a red light. Are the valves loose? Thanks.

I'm just wondering. Is there a different fan that can be used? One that would cool the motor better? Or isn't that a huge issues? As well I've seen a couple posts about using a 115mm variator. Isn't that the size that normally comes on the scooter? Is there an upgraded varaiator? If these have been answered before. I apologize. Thanks.

So I installed the bulb I replaced. The high beam worked on it. So it's obviously the new bulbs. I've contacted the seller. Here are the new bulbs I had installed. Thanks.

I just installed some new headlights. The low beam works fine. When I switch to high beans, nothing. The indicator does light up. Thanks.

So my parts just arrived today. I put in a new clutch, yellow spring, and new belt. She's running like a beaut again. Thanks everyone. Now to get some more kilometers on it before it's too cool. Thanks.

So now that I've realized my clutch needs to be replaced. Can anyone explain to the difference in the colored springs? Do I change the large spring behind the clutch to the same color as the other springs? I might as well do it right. As well do I want or should I change the rollers? Thanks. Mike
