The last line of the article sounded real familiar. Anyone else pick that up? John The statement about the shrink I have used often in the past. The last sentence reminds me of Honda's ads in the '60s.

It is nice to read such nice comments about an individual and his business. Wish I had someone like that closer.

If leaving the cap off doesn't help then yes it could be a plugged fuel filter or float valve. I've had this happen with a brand new motorcycle back in '84. There may have been slug in the tank or the dealers gas was contaminated.

You're right that might be worth considering. Enough power and close enough to the ground for my short legs.

You should never have the automobile running. It's charging system is to strong for the scooters system. The battery may read 12.84 VDC but it still may not be strong enough to crank the engine and may have blocker the current from the cars battery.

Too bad! They were nice bikes. I remember going in for a job interview when they first opened in Mukwonago, WI. It was just 4 miles on country roads. But alas, they were not pleased to see me drive up on my '86 Honda Gold Wing Aspencade. Guess I should have taken the Dakota instead. Or the '98 Honda VF750 Magna.

If you cut out that blue area you will not be able to keep the gasket in alignment. The two narrow strip left will not stay in place.

Some twenty years ago another manufacturer made a very similar system. Their's locked in an upright position at about 5mph. They were quite popular and I saw several. The problem was that most of them had suspension failure and weren't fixable. Two years after they came out they started to disappear from sight. I hope Ice Bear has found a cure for the problem, it looks like a nice addition to their line up.

It sure has been rather boring in here lately. It must be winter. I especially miss the input from the nice ladies from Florida and California. Sorry I really have nothing scooter related, or much else, I haven't gotten one yet. Hopefully late spring. Well I've had an early supper so I'll now go for a walk in the balmy 7F degree evening.

Well it started snowing this afternoon so I took a ride on the neighbor little toboggan. Two wheels won't be around for several months here in east-central Wisconsin.

Go for it if you want it. That's not for me. I just enjoy looking.

Thanks for the link. I have been to there site about 10 years ago but I wasn't into scooters at that time and I don't remember them have any for scooters. I did save the site to my favorites for the future. Thanks again.

They do come in many forms for motorcycles if you look them up. The wobble in the front end - on triked motorcycles they put an angled triple tree so that the fork is out at like 7 degrees more than stock. This takes away the wobble and make steering easier. I'm not sure if that's done on the Tow-Pack bikes and don't know if such is available for scooters.
Things I would like to know is who makes them for scooters and which makes and styles of scooters and what style of Tow-Pack.
