Since dealer changed my stock weights with 21g sliders it's been noisey !!! I think I'll try 19g sliders but I don't know where to buy parts since dealer won't talk to me,since I cussed him out!!! lol!!!

Redstreak 250 navigator will cruise about 65mph but I'm at 212lbs.

I did pull it apart and didn't see unusual wear but they did look like some wearing on the edges of the sliders!!! I believe it's a poor fit between the variator and the sliders,but what do I know except people are coming up to me and asking if I have checked the oil in my scooter!!! lol!!!

I would not want to take my Redstreak 250 navigator on the Interstate!!! It will cruise about 65MPH!!!

where is the best place to buy parts for my redstreak 250 navigator!!!I need cvt cover grommets, cover gasket, and fly windscreen for my scooter!!! best place for redstreak parts or L roar 250 parts!!! I just need parts to ride !!! I'm tired of sitting!!! lol!!!

Scooter was shuttering is why they went to 906 belt and the 21g sliders are making a racket ,I took it apart again and sliders were in correctly but I left grease cover off, but it still makes a racket!!!

do you think the u shaped inserts are causing the noise,because the sliders are new and the scooter has just 4000 easy miles on it!!!

Those look like dr. pulley sliders, do you need the grease cover on this variator? Redstreak fan!!! I'm fixing to take my Variator off!!! The sliders are all in wrong!!!

sounds like my Redstreak 250 noise coming from the Variator!!! If it were the valves they would tick faster as you revved it up, I don't hear it when you increase the revs!!! Of couse what do I know!!! I have just put 21gr. dr. pulley sliders in mine and I'm fixing to go wrestle with it right now!!! lol!!! Let you know!!!

I'm fixing to put Royal purple synthetic gear oil in my Znen 250!!! I think it's 75w-90w, but I would use 75w-140w too!!! Don't take me up on it untill you find out!!! I use synthetic 75w-90w gear oil in my harley 6-speed too!!! Redstreak fan!!! lol!!!

That sounds like my problem!!! I have a Znen 250 and it came with a 918-22.5-30 belt,I changed it to a 906-22.5-30 belt and installed 21gram dr. pulley sliders!!! I'm having variator noise also I'll let you know what I find!!! I'm fixing to go wrestle with it right now!!! lol!!! stock weights probably 23gr. or better on mine!!!

I bought a redstreak ,Znen250 oct. 2009 and been looking for repair manual on my scooter ever since!!!All I,ve heard since is Jonway,YY250T,Zscooter,250B,CN250,CTmoto,Redstreak,Znen,
LanceDuke or Lance and duke,Jonway,Chinese,Hell all I want to know is how to get the damn plastic panels off where I can work on this beast without cussing,I've already cussed The dealer and Manufacturer out and now nobody will talk to me!!! lol!!!
also paid $1000 too much for the scooter which is meltd anyway!!!Think I'll jump on my harley in which I have $2000 in starters on!!! Oh Well!!!

Has anybody tried a JCosta in a 250 scooter CN250 244cc? I hate to tear into mine when the 21gr. dr. puley sliders are new but the noise is irritating!!! I quess I'll wrestle with it today!!!
