The bike stalled while i was riding yesterday. so today after I got it started i decided to do some maintenance. I changed the oil and and took off the valve cover to set the exhaust to .004. I couldn't put the bike into timing. the plastic nut kept stripping at the TF point when the cam lined up but fell into place when the cam wasn't inline.  ? |

Ok so now the bike runs ? i had to crack the gas tank cover to start it but now Im afraid to take it anywhere for fear it might do that again. I think someone dropped my bike. I left it for 2 days and noticed today that the kickstand had mud on it like someone tried to use it. i never use the kickstand so I know someone was playing with it. from the scoot doc team's past responses to this type of issue i know that i should check the charcoal filter so I think Ill just finally remove the evac system. though im not completely sure that is the problem. |

So i was riding back from the store and the bike stalled then would not start. I had to walk it home. new head installed for about a week or 2. I will have to take a look at it in the morning to see what the deal is. any ideas? i know starting is spark fuel and compression so i will check for all of those

I installed a new head with valves camseat and rocker arms. i hear a slight clicking and Im not sure if that is because i am missing a dowel pin or if its the valves touching the piston.

The flat style. The only one i have installed is the o ring. I bought a m28 bolt for the one that was missing in my exhaust pipe and the bike is significantly quieter.
i have some clicking going on that i want you guys to check out. if i recall correctly if that is the piston clicking the valve it could be fatal.
