Cyborg, that sounds about right, I do remember a SMALL hole in the carb float though POSSIBLY. I think I may just replace the whole thing, for the right price. If they they make a rebuild kit, with a replacement float would be nice too.

Yes, I can't really tell if there is a hole or not, if there is one, it is half of a NEEDLE small...I just don't get it guys, I am STILL just AMAZED, THIS MUCH fuel, can even GET through that carb...

The enrichner is stuck wide open,,, may be a bimbo problem also like I had on my et4. The vacuum petcock is also sticking open,,, bad problem with these

I'm having a hell of a time with my et4 as well with overfueling issues so I'm changing to the mikuni tm25,,, tried the vm 28 but not smooth enough for me

press the float axle pin out check if it's got gass in it,,,also check float needle tip to see if it's worn

I've heard this SO FAR:
Reed Valve - Fuel Valve(Diaphragm on bottom of tank) - Carb Float
Is there any reason I should check the Reed? If you do not think it will help I will leave it alone, as I have NEVER Cleaned/Repaired/Messed With(lol) one.
I would like to find a decent replacement Carb, that is comparative to the stock as much as possible, but with a 30-40 dollar price tag!

JFYI The problem sometimes with the smaller carbs one of the needles isn't adjustable either. One has to take that into consideration . If you can tolerate a manual choke those type of carbs blah-!may be an option as well. willc.
