Turn the IDLE SPEED SCREW 1/4 turn COUNTER CLOCKWISE, I noticed it has the throttle opened quite a bit.
Only few things NO SPARK, NO GAS, LOSS OF COMPRESSION or Timing off about 1 tooth which is about 10 degress. Alleyoop

IF IT DID NOT FIRE ONCE and the plug is DRY that means there is no GAS getting into the motor and that would cause a NO START CONDITION.
So Gas can be getting to the carb bowl BUT NO GAS is being sucked into the motor Two different problems.
Now to see if gas will Make it fire TAKE one of the VACUUM hoses coming off the INTAKE MANIFOLD hold it up and pour a teaspoon of gas into the Vacuum hose so it runs straight down into the intake put the hose back on and try to start it. Now crank it over and see if it attempts to start or at least fire once.

Ok lets check the Hoses, take a picture of The Fuel Hose coming from the gas tank to the carb and Also a pic of the PETCOCK in other words a shot of the hose and petcock from the gas tank to the carb. Alleyoop

DON'T crank the starter that long! If it doesn't hit in five seconds release the start button and wait a minute. If you don't hear it do anything, like it was doing, it's not going to start. You'll burn up the starter.
I didn't see the CVT hose but it's usually the trans vent. Where does it run? And what is that connector and hose coming off of the vac hose? The vac hose you squirted the gas into.
Alley, that thing is cranking awfully fast, I think his compression is toast. Timing is off or a ring let go. Heruk, did you do the finger compression test?

Rich, I know it is cranking really fast, I had him test for compression and he said he has compression so one has to go by what they say. The other thing is he is jumping it with what I think is a car battery so it would crank it over really fast.
I have been saying cranking over like that and not evening firing ONCE but he says he has SPARK and COMPRESSION and he showed his timing which looked good maybe I missed something. It could be a tooth off but it still would at least fire. Alleyoop

Get some pictures of your fuel hoses and what not around the carb.

Agreed, I want to know where that vac line was hooking onto. It looked like the fresh air inlet for a PAIR unit.

I think Rich is on it,,, have you checked your oil ? I think the engine has lost compression and it won't fire because there isn't enough compression,,, just my take on it,,, you guys have danced around this mill 100 times,,, I think there is something mechanically wrong here,,, check the oil level ,,,
