Yes it is a Four Stroke. Now I have to ask on that CDI you just took a picture of. Where is the POWER WIRE on the 2 plug side, there should be a wire on the BOTTOM on the 2 plug which powers the CDI. Did you connect those 4 wires on the 4 plug?

I see what your talking about. That's a black wire with I thought was to kill switch and I disconnected it to eliminate the kill switch itself. Is that wire supposed to have 12 volts from battery with key on ?

Plug the black wire in the BOTTOM of the two plug and see if you have spark and or it fires.

QUESTION: 1. Does the black wire have 12volts with the key on? 2. Do you have spark with it plugged into the bottom on the TWO PLUG?
If not TRY and pull the RED/WHITE wire from the BOTTOM LEFT on the 4 PLUG, that is a ground slot and maybe it is grounding out the CDI.

Yes black wire has 12 volts. I disconnected the red / white wire ( it was a ground) but still no spark

The power to the coil wire stayed grounded along with the trigger feed wire. Wish you live close to me I'd bring it by you.
