What I would like to know IS WHERE where the TWO PICKUP COIL WIRES connected when you FIRST BACK IN 1932 took the crap apart??

Now one other thing DO YOU HAVE A GROUND WIRE FROM THE FRAME TO THE MOTOR?

You Have 12volts to CDI with KEY ON so the problem is either the CDI PICKUP COIL and or COIL or bad ground from motor to frame and or battery to frame etc.. Take a pic of the COIL COILS are come reversed and the BLACK/YELLOW wire from the CDI goes on the BLACK and Some go on the GREEN terminal.

THINGS TO TRY:

1. Switch the Trigger wire on the CDI make the BLUE/WHITE GO TO GROUND and the RED/WHITE TOP LEFT On the 4 PLUG on the CDI.
2. Switch the wires on the COIL and check for spark.

Ok here we go I kinda anticipated this. I got spark finally thank you very much alleyoop. Now it will only run being bottle fed. Any common issues with carburetor or fuel tank getting gummed up with junk or should I just take whole fuel system apart to clean?

WAHOOOOOOOO!! What finally got the spark back? So we lock that down just in case someone else has the same problem with a TWO WIRE PICK UP COIL.

And now we have to deal with fuel delivery no problem.

So the PICK UP COIL WIRE BLUE/WHITE on top left of 4 plug and RED/WHITE on bottom left of 4 plug?

And wires on the coil you switched?
