It is just probably the weights in the Variator, cheap fix. The carburetor is in Dallas TX which is close to my hometown it says it'll be Sunday hopefully it shouldn't take that long

Must of been around the Holidays, USPS and Amazon made a deal to deliver on Sundays around the holidays.

Take some pictures of the top of the motor again and the right side of the carb. You may need to adjust some things. WHEN you twist the throttle do you have some play before it actually oulls on the control wheel? Alleyoop

You NEED AN AIR FILTER BRO!! Make sure the clamp holding it to the INTAKE IS TIGHT. But without an air filter you will have a hard time starting it. YOU can try and by holding your hand over the AIR INTAKE side with a couple fingers open to allow SOME air but not a lot of air. Alleyoop
