Anyone know of a good heavy duty clutch kit? I'm about 250 so I need something that'll hold under my weight if anyone knows of a good brand let me. I'm also hoping it's just the clutch and not the pulley too, my back tire won't move unless I lift the rear end up. I move the pulley and clutch with my hand if I remember right still won't move. I know if I move the drive belt it still won't move the back wheel,I did go down a hill and it would accelerate

yy50qt-12 should be a 139qmj engine. standard belt size is normally 720-20-30 i believe. someone please correct me if i'm wrong. most auto parts stores should have a belt size tool to measure with. think you might be right because no one else seems to be answering back

I posted something on another forum so I'm posting here too, maybe another pair of brains can tell me. I bought a 669-18-30 belt for my 2012 Jonway Adventure scooter, well it's to small. On top of that I can't get the numbers off of the belt because it's shredded into pieces. I tried to use the engine code, that yielded nothing been searching for hours/days. I know there is a code or set of numbers and letters on the side of the scooterm YY50QT-12, I tried googling the scooter name make and model as well as that code. I've yield nothing. Please help

NO, factory setting was not or is not all the way down. That would open all the pilot jets tiny outlets and the idle would be way to high around 3000+ rpms. The Pilot jets fuel outlets are usually 4 tiny pinholes by the butterfly. As you turn the IDLE SPEED screw it uncovers more of the 4 outlet allowing more fuel to be sucked out and you get a higher idle. Exposing all 4 at one time the idle will be 3000+ rpms and that is not save for starting. I'll try 2 or 3 turns than I'll snap a pic irs that'll help

Try to put the idle screw back WHERE IT WAS FROM THE FACTORY. When you turn the mixture screw all the way in, dobit gently, don't tighten it all they way down like a loose screw, to could hurt the seat and needle. Start like Alleyoop said. After turning the mixture screw all the way in, back it out one to one and a half turns, then try to start the bike. YOU WILL NEED SOMEKIND OF AIR FILTER OR AIR BOX ATTACHED TO THE CARB Otherwise you will be pulling in too much air.TOI MUCH AIR IS NOT GOOD. Without a filter or air box, your engine will be a bear to tune right. If you plan on using a Uni filter or an open filter or whatever, it needs to be attached while you are tuning the motor otherwise, it's going to need to be adjusted again when you put the filter on it. I believe the factory setting was all the way down
