Really best to look first before you order unless you get a jet kit. Some people change jets for winter riding too. Scooters are a poor choice if you want to ride in snow, The small fat wheels slide all over the place in snow. A better choice would be a 50cc moped with the tall skinny wheels with a knobby type tread. I drive the Honda in the winter mostly as the Lance is super scary then. The Honda is much better balanced. Starts in extreme cold no problems. Drove to work on all Ice one day, it just went.

Okay I installed the 115 number Jet and it basically made it worse so the bogging out starts at 30 miles an hour when I got it to where we'd only started at 45 or 50 so am I not getting enough air now
I still need to do the adjustment don't have the air-fuel mixture I need to start over turn it all the way it turned out one and a half times

I didn't adjust the fuel air mixture yet. I didn't think it would need it.
My thinking was it is the main jet, The Idle jet and the intermediate didn't change so the main jet should be for past a certain speed.
Maybe it is for after 30 mph.
I also was thinking the fuel air mixture adjusts after warmed up and idling.
So how could that affect it?
Obviously it does.
I have to start over, screw back in, turn back 1 and half turns, then adjust from there.

Ok have adjusted the carburetor fuel mixture. I turn it all the way in back out about one and a half turns, I tried to make it more Rich by turning in another half turn but it was too much having the just the idol. I then turn your back in and then turn it back in one more time buy half turn and the idle and back up a little bit and then I stopped. So it's getting less air now put more fuel because the jet is now 115 instead of a 110. I will text you tomorrow and update on how it went.

You can fiddle all you want with the idle mixture screw, and it isn't going to effect your main jet, or make your scooter run right at the speed where your problem starts. You put in a larger main, and the problem got worse. That's gotta tell you, that you went the wrong way when changing it. Should have gone smaller. Bet your plug is black as coal.

I figured, I ordered a kit, will try the 108. It does have a 110 in it. I am having to turn in almost all the way in. With the 110 it can to 40 mph before bogging, then I can mess with fuel air mixture a bit to get it to not bog until like 47mph. So, when the 108 comes I'll try that out. It also comes with a 105. That seems it would be too small, but I don't until I try out the 108. Thank you all for the insights.

The old manual choke sure was a lot easier to find which direction you needed to go with jets, just pull the choke on when it starts acting up and if it made it better you need more gas and if it made it worse less gas!

I think I should have gotten more involved in checking and cleaning the carburetor.
I still think I need to do this.
Start at the fuel tank line and check fuel filter.
Take off the lines. Make sure they are not clogged.
Do the same for vacuum lines.
I could use a vacuum and block off one end to make sure it is still a good hose. If it leaks It wouldn't completely collapse. I did the whole carb cleaner on the vacuum hoses, air box, air intake to the carb, and the entire carburetor. No change in idle.
I checked the bowl float. It is as level as I could make it.
I need to spray carb cleaner down all ports in carburetor still.
I'll take off the Auto choke, spray in there too?

vacuum leaks cause all kinds of hell. Yours is new enough that you should not have to worry about bad hoses but they do happen. The 2008 era scooters were plagued with bad hoses and other small components and the fix was in a complete pdi. that included replacing before even starting the scooter.
Go into the library here and look up carb cleaning, there are several well written guides there.
People keep overlooking our library, there is a lot of good information there.

I checked the library well before I cleaned. So I took of air filter, made sure no obstruction, there was nothing. Decided to take carb apart at the bowl, used carb cleaner, sprayed in the main yet, idle jet, etc, took off the auto choke, did same. Put back together. Started, warmed back up, re adjusted fuel mixture, it's way different. I'll try the other jet again later or one of the others when they get here.

sea foam with your gas once in a while can prevent this.

sea foam with your gas once in a while can prevent this. I live across the river from St Louis, the entire metro area is ethenol gas, only one place that doesn't and it's far away. So sea foam a cap full every tank?
