Just got back about 1/2 hour ago. When I left at 9:30 it was 65 and is now 77 degrees. There were more than just a few idiots in PUs out there, one tried to get me pulling out from a side road, one passed me on a curve in the double yellow while I was 5 over the limit. Guess they were all late to get their soul saved at the church of their choice.

Another pulling a river boat made a left turn onto a 4 lane in front of a car that came real close to t-boning the boat.

It seems like there are almost no real riders left here, price of gas goes down and they go back to driving the gas hogs. When weather is this nice is sure is a shame to waste quality riding time. When the weather goes bad I will be able to look back to some nice rides this fall.

I was busy all weekend but hope to ride today even if I have to make up a reason to go.

wife and I ride every day weather couldn't be any better here in east Tn. But we could now use some rain grass starting to look sick.

When I stepped out for a morning ride yesterday, the yard was covered in frost...32*f, the air was absolutely calm, and for the first time in a week, there was a visible sun. Cranked up the Ural, and did a 33 mile coffee run.....enjoyed every mile of it...as well as the two cups of "old timer's" coffee for 85 cents, at Mickey D's.

Will make a very similar trip this AM, only today it's scoots' turn for some exercise.

My dog would love to ride in a ural side car and to think I could have bought one when they were a whole lot more reasonable around 2000 and 2001. I'll be leaving for breakfast in an hour on something with 2 wheels.

Finally. I love the beat of the twin cylinder engine and the solid shifting of direct gearshift. It was too nice a day to pass up.

Edit: It was only a ten mile ride but I had an errand to run and stopped at McDonalds for lunch. Tomorrow is supposed to be even better weather-wise.

Hopefully I will be able to join you guys come spring. Right now I have medical bills and some to the county. It's been 5 years since I had to sell my '98 VF750 Magna Honda.

The temperature hovered near 70* today. I took the Fashion into town to do some grocery fetching. I swear it runs better and better all the time. Over 16,000 miles so far.

Well it's Nov and here Vet's day is all months long between free food ,shows from local schools parades riding in every week end TN treat's our Vets the best IMO no diet this month. Heck even the restaurants get in on the act on the 11th with free food. My 300 cc trike my have a hard time getting going with me on it LOL Jusy got back from senior center yep you guessed it free food LOL

Took my scoot out to cast my ballot today. It is only 3 miles to our polling place......but somehow I managed to add 35 miles to the odometer. On a nice 55 degree morning, ya just gotta take the long way home.
