Shanghaid, That is a very cool looking air filter, but I have not seen one like that here in the states. Maybe some others have but it sure looks nice. Alleyoop

They look pretty nice on the bikes. I have no idea what the guts are like. I'll buy one and snaps some shots before I install it.

That is really cool looking! The only thing I'd be concerned about is airflow. If it just draws from the one end that might be a problem. Let us know what happens. Rich

Just ran down to the bank and saw a scoot with this style air cleaner, so took a pic. Attachments:

You know that air filter on that scoot looks like it is adjustable. Able to extend it out further and allowing more air and retracting it for less air. It is how my SuperTrapp Muffler works, it is a sealed muffler welded and on the outlet you add or take out Discs, the more Discs you add the more Free Flow the Less Discs the more restricted it gets. Also more Discs the louder it gets, less Discs the quieter it gets. Alleyoop

Air filter showed up today. Do ya think I'll need to do any carb adjustments after installing it?
For the $10 or so bucks it cost me, it seems to be pretty solid quality.

One really cool thing about it is that internally it has a cone type filter. This could easily be replaced with a K&N or other favorite.

Ok. I need one of these really bad. I've been searching for an alternative to just the normal run of the mill Uni filter. How can I find one of these and get it shipped to the US?

Bumping this one up again, because I really really like the looks of this filter. Does anyone know of a place to buy/import one?

I was looking at that air cleaner, too! Thanks for finding some places to get them! shanghaid: Have you installed yours, yet? Can you give us insight into how well it works?

Now I just wonder Help me out Al if you will. Sounds like a Supertrapp exhaust might work well, with this air filter. I think you can open or restrict it, just about the same way you can the exhaust. My Question is, and I seriously can't tell from searching Supertrapp links, or ebay, basically because I don't know what I'm looking for, do you think they make one for the 50cc 4T?
