Well not sure if it is a good time or a bad time to have scooter up for sale but heck. I put my 125 up on Craigslist last night at 10pm. Went to bed got up this am at 10:20 pm recieved an email guy says if you still have it I will take it. Will Pick up Wed. Get to work and have had 2 more calls on it. So less than 12 hours and 3 bites on it. So far odds are looking pretty good. Probably helps that it is starting to warm up around here and gas prices are above $3.50 a gal. So since it is starting out good so far I sure am not going to jump into selling for a LOW Ball offer just yet.

Timing is every thing and thhis is a good time to sell scoots/mc's. I gave my Tank Touring 150 to my stepson this past weekend to help him cut fuel costs going to work and back. May sell a couple more come summer.

I pulled my listing for now. Seems I have a Bit of an issue. I went to start up the ole scoot today. Throttle cable is froze up. I am not going to sell a Not working scooter to anyone. Plus end up giving away because of that. I can replace it and still make out good. So now I am quite BUMMBED OUT.

I sold my 150 Roketa mid winter. I put it on CL not expecting much and within 24 hours, I had three people that wanted it. First lady paid full asking price. I also had to replace the battery because the Roketa was dead dead. She lived a few miles away and rode it home. Wonders never cease.

I was going to sell my little 150 or give it to my daughter. Now, I will do neither. I think it is almost a necessity, with a chinese bike, to have a back up.

Mac - some of ours think you need 4 or 5 backups!

I am down to 5 and will end up with 3 or 4. Can never have too many backups.

Well if I can get the Throttle cable fixed up this weekend I can have the Scooter back on the market to sell. But things are looking up. It does start and run good. Just had to control throttle by hand. :-)
