quality is overrated would be the opinion of the chinese people who make our scoots... since our scoots are built with a lower quality? chinese believe in quantity not quality? get it?

i hope they are because i dont really see how what i said could have been taken that way... I see your point, just it was a little fuzzy? But give the Chinese a little more time, they just like years ago when the Japanese were new at it are making progress. And with the situation in Japan the Chinese will be even further called upon. |
