Tomorrow it's supposed to be in the 70's and I'm going for a ride. This evening I changed the oil and the gear box fluid, checked the tire presure, and I'm ready to Get IT ON. ;D

It's going to be warm but there is SO MUCH gravel on the roads, it's still not really safe to ride.

I don't know if I could ever live somewhere that I couldn't ride year round... maybe that's why God invented snowmobiles???
My riding weather has been great the past few weeks. Mornings in the high 50s, then into the 70s and 80s in the afternoon.

Ahh, but soon it will be too hot and humid to ride (comfortably). Where even if you're riding in shorts and a T-shirt (let alone proper riding gear), you're still too hot... I passed out while riding once in the June heat. Granted there were some extenuating circumstances (I had just donated blood). Thankfully, I felt it coming and made it to a parking spot at a convenience store, before passing out, collapsing and dropping the bike.

Hehe...it's great seeing all the scooterists waking from their hibernation. Be safe, everybody!

We here in NE Iowa always call this time of year Pergatory because there is not enough snow for the snowmobile and the weather is still too lousy to get out the scoot except for a day here and there.
