It used to be, here in Ohio, that you could turn your furnace off in April and May, leave the windows open in May, enjoy spring.
This year is the same as last year. It went from cold, damp, rainy, still using the furnace to take off the chill and dampness- to hot, humid, too hot to go without the airconditioning. As far as the garden goes- too cold to put plants in the ground to too hot to be out in the middle of the day.
What is happening to our weather? I really miss spring. It is hot, humid, and about 89 degrees here.
At least the evenings are still nice. But that will only last a short while.

Well, there is no spring out here in Colorado either. It is staying very cold at night and even has snowed recently. I am not as tough as you and I only have 15 miles on my new scoot while you said 300 miles. Between the cold and the 30 to 50 mile an hour winds I don't seem to get my scoot out to ride. .

Yep, this year Spring Sprung a Leak, I am in a Burb of Chi Town so the weather here is same as in Ohio, But we get it here first then I pump it over to the East so those folks can also enjoy this beautiful weather. We have the Air conditioner cranking it has been hot the last couple of days, but HEY At least I am wearing shorts and sandals. I will take this over the COLD and SNOW anyday. Alleyoop

We don't have your typical seasons down here in Florida...
The seasons here are: Hot, Hotter, Hotter than Hell and Christmas.

About the same here also, but at least we're not getting the floods that they are getting in the south, so I hate to complain too much. Seems like it goes from the 50's to the 80's, nothing in between. Either cold or rainy or too windy. I've been out on the scooter twice this year so far. But I've been busy doing a lot of home improvements inside so it hasn't really gotten to me too much yet. Just hope when summer gets here that there will be a lot of good riding days.
