I'm back to the drawing board on this one guys.
2011 Chinese Scooter ( LB50QT-6) has 266 miles on it.
It has had engine oil changes, gear oil changes, new spark plug, air filter and housing cleaned out, A/F screw and idle screw on carb adjusted, valves adjusted, CDI seems all plugged in and fine.
I replaced the spark today and it starts up great now but I go either just trying to leave the spot where I park it OR half a block later OR 10 blocks later ( it varies ) and it starts to bog and threaten to turn off if I don't let off the accelerator, sometimes it DOES shut off. I go to restart, it starts great but when I try to accelerate, it is like NOPE and wants to shut off. Idle sounds fine if I'm not using the throttle at all.
Any ideas?

Yes, It may be that when you drilled the cap off THE DRILL ALSO TURNED the screw CLOCKWISE LEANING it out. Alleyoop
ADJUSTING YOUR FUEL RATIO SCREW:
FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE, take your time DO NOT Be turning the SCREW fast and wait in between turns otherwise you will be off.
Warm Up the SCOOT for at least 5 minutes.
YOU WANT THE HIGHEST IDLE OUT OF THE FUEL RATIO SCREW YOU CAN GET.
ADJUST YOUR FUEL RATIO:
1. Turn the Fuel Ratio Screw Counter Clockwise 1/4 and wait 10-15 seconds to allow the engine to catch up with the new setting.
** IF ON THE FIRST TURN IT DOES NOTHING OR IDLE GOES DOWN- GO to 2.*** Otherwise GO to a. below.
a. If the IDLE GOES up repeat 1. b. If the IDLE does not go up or it does nothing turn the Fuel Ratio Screw 1/8 Clockwise that should be the highest IDLE you can get out of the Fuel Ratio Screw-- GO to FINISH UP.
2. Turn the Screw Back 1/4 and GO to 3..
3. Turn the Fuel Ratio Screw Clockwise 1/4 and wait 10-15 seconds to allow the engine to catch up with the new setting.
** IF ON THE FIRST TURN IT DOES NOTHING YOUR PILOT JET AND OR PASSAGES ARE CLOGGED*** GO to CLEAN CARB*** Otherwise GO to a. below.
a. If the IDLE GOES up repeat 3. b. If the IDLE does not go up or it does nothing turn the Fuel Ratio Screw 1/8 Counter Clockwise that should be the highest IDLE you can get out of the Fuel Ratio Screw-- GO to FINISH UP.
FINISH UP: SET IDLE USING IDLE SPEED SCREW: USING the IDLE SPEED SCREW set the Idle to 1500-1800 where it IDLES the smoothest AND the REAR WHEEL IS NOT Spinning-
TEST YOUR ADJUSTMENT: Now while on the Center Stand GIVE THE THROTTLE a GOOD QUICK TWIST and Let go, It should REV UP with with a nice VROOOOOOOOOM with no Bogging or Hesitation and Come back down to where you set your Idle. DONE RIDE SAFE.
CLEAN CARB: Take Carb Bowl off and clean Pilot Jet and Pilot Jet Passage and Main Jet and Passage. Then come back and repeat this procedure.

Alleyoop as soon as I got to the screw and had the scooter warmed up I did exactly what you said with your instructions It sounded better and everything. When I went for my short test drive after it sounded fine too. Sometimes this problem happens before I can move it from its parking spot, sometimes 5 blocks later, sometimes 15 blocks later. It really varies. As soon as it starts doing this though, I try to restart it once, it does no good then I push it home. A few days ago this happened 15 blocks from home. I pushed it 7 blocks and decided to try again and for some reason it was fine. I can't figure out what the pattern is ( what is making things go wrong )

Ok, maybe that Fuel Ratio screw they skimped on it and it does not have the rubber o-ring on due to it being plugged. Take the Fuel Ratio Screw completely, BUT before you do turn it Clockwise until it stops and count the number of turns it took to close. Then take it out and you should find the following in this order: A Spring, Tiny Washer and Tiny O-Ring. The O-Ring is to seal the hole so no air gets sucked in. Sure sounds like when the Fuel Ratio Screw happens to vibrate out. ONE OTHER THING Next time it happens Just shut it off and take the Spark Plug out and see if it is WET with fuel. It could be the ENRICHER is ALWAYS FEEDING FUEL because from the previous post it may NOT BE PLUGGED IN. If NOT PLUGGED IN it will not SHUT off the Extra FUel after the 3-4 minutes. Alleyoop

Ok, I'll do that. I just unscrew it like a reg screw and it will come out and these 3 things should be attached to it in that order? When I changed the spark it did look a little wet. Ya that thing that's not plugged in on my scoot ( just kinda hangin there) I'm not sure if its supposed to be plugged in somewhere. CE said to look for a mate for it over in the wire bundle, I'm going to check that out too. Would it make sense though that it has worked for 200 miles but not now? I guess I figured if something was always not plugged in that the scooter wouldn't " change working status " I'll check though

It might have worked due to the Fuel Ratio Screw setting was very LEAN, so it ran ok because of the extra fuel coming in from the Enricher. Now that it is somewhat broken in it is to much fuel. That Plug your holding is it coming from the ENRICHER(CHOKE) LABELED AUTOMATIC CHOKE? Alleyoop

Ok got it, makes sense. Should that wire that comes from the enricher/choke be plugged into something though? LOL. It hangs on the right side of my scooter / down low.

Yes, it should be plugged into a connector that has juice. Look around for a connector that that plug will fit into, also will be just hanging out. Alleyoop

Ok. I looked before when I first found it but I was looking down low, ce said that it may be in the wire bundle on the side (which is up higher) so I'll look there next.

It may have run fine for 200 miles and then vibrated loose, causing all your problems.
You have honed your skills admirably though, and once we get it fixed, there's not much you won't be able to fix on your scooter.
I would like you to check the connections to the coil, it's just upstream from the sprk plug wire. There's two wires that need to be crimped to the coil so they don't wiggle around. Be gentle with some pliers if they're loose. Next we'll work on high speed mods, because that is a sweet scoot, and it deserves to run.
Thanks for your patience and dedication.

CE, that plug was hanging there since I first opened up my scooter at around 80 miles, but the first time I opened it up WAS because of this same problem so ya that one little thing could be what is causing this problem! ... and thanks. Its frustrating when I have a problem with a scooter, especially with it being so new, but im glad I'm learning how to do this on my own. Also I'm not paying $30 for an oil change where they dont need to change the filter and put in less than one qt of oil. That's south beach for ya. K i will look for the coil. is the coil just that? a coil ? ( curly) lol. I'll look for it. Ya I was thinking high speed mods too, but then again, i dont take it over 20mph on the beach, u really can't. LOL. Lots of traffic and dips**t drivers here I may just to say I have though hehe. Thanks for the compliment on the scoot. Im glad I painted the exhaust pipe w black high temp engine paint and also the kick stand area and other things that rusted in a week the last time I bought the same make/model scooter Thanks for my patience? THANK *** YOU GUYS!!! ****

I opened the scoot back up. I still don't see where the plug could go to and the coil is taped tight w electrical tape to about a zillion other wires. Here is what it looks like in there: Also for: Will these parts come out attached to the screw? I'm worried about them being stuck in there and not being able to get them out if its not attached to the screw. Its such a tiny / hard to get to hole LOL Uggg I feel so trapped at home w/ out my scooter running

Is your enricher on the carb already plugged in to another connector somewhere else on the right side of your scooter? If so then the plug in your video is probably just an extra not used on your model.
