Thanks for asking. Ive been to busy to even think about the scooter today so either tomorrow or the next day ill deal with it. Im going to try to start it normal, if that doesnt work will try to kick start it, if that doesnt work then Ill try the solenoid thing and then report back

Wow, what a bummer. Wet electrical connections will corrode over time. Check the connections and dry them. You can use the grease to waterproof them. I use clear silicon caulk. after you put the connections back together put a bead around them and where the wires go in. A tube in a caulk gun goes a long way. You might want to check your air filter also. If it's paper you will want to change it. Paper filters don't work as well if they get soaked. they tend to harden up after dry. If it is foam just take it out Wash with soapy water, rinse squeeze out excess water and let dry. Good luck.

lmao. ya what are gladrags? crappy old clothes for working and painting? and how did you know I had a coffee cup in my hand? And john what are leaderhosen? LOL. lol @ please post pics. * Puts coffee cup down * I'm going to charge up the battery again before I do anything because I haven't had it running in a week and last time I tried it sounded like it was unhappy again. I'm plugging it in now. It takes about 2 hrs to charge up, so I'll try some stuff after that.

.... and its raining now so no charging of the battery. sigh. I'll charge it when the sun is back out, try those 3 things and then report back. 1 wk w/out the scooter. I'm handeling it a little bit better than I thought I would be going this long w out it. Maybe because I no longer have noisy neighbors that im always trying to flee from.

Im cool AND right on bro. I surf a little and eat shroomz 2x a yr. That HAS to make me cool AND right on I managed to get the battery charged up. Then another tropical storm came up. Luckily I learned and the scooter is WELL covered now. Things started to dry up this morning and now its raining again.. so the scooter 3 start trial is pending. Gonna try to start normal twice, if no go kick start twice, if no go, alley's shocker /spark method. I mean screwdrivers w rubber handles to the solenoid method. LOL.
