You should have voltage on the grey wire if you have your key on. That wire is the resistor wire that heats up and clicks back and forth against the black wire contact. That means it's bad and you need a new flasher. Usually when the flasher goes bad the lights will come on but not blink but sometimes they will lose power to the grey and you get no lights. You can confirm the bad flasher by turning on your key and hitting the hazard button, you shouldn't get any flashing. Take your flasher out and go down to the local auto store and get a three wire flasher that matches up to yours, probably a universal will work. It may not have the same connector and you'll have to do some taping of wires in that case. Let me know what happens. Rich

] I ran these tests, I get 12 volts on blk wire nothing on green and nothing on grey with key on.[/b][/quote] Hey, I just reread this. Make sure you check continuity, not voltage, on the green wire. If you don't have a good ground the flasher won't work. If you don't know how to check continuity tell me. Rich

OK.. do you have any power to the switch? If not then you need to trace the wires back to it's source

OK.. do you have any power to the switch? If not then you need to trace the wires back to it's source Yes exactly, I made a simple diagram so that you can see how this works. When you turn on your key 12v DC goes to the flasher. The flasher takes a moment to load it's capacitor and then the grey will settle down to about 12v DC also. So with the key on you should be getting 12v DC on the black wire. After about 30 seconds the grey wire should give you about 12v DC also IF the flasher is plugged in.
You must have good continuity, not voltage, on the flasher's ground to frame for this to work. Listen, I'm not trying to be mean, we want to help you out with this. I also realize there's a bit of a language barrier....no problem, happens all the time. But this texting crap makes it hard to understand what you're trying to say. Some pictures would help a lot also. When you say you got a new switch do you mean a new flasher or a turn signal switch? If all of your wires are good and you don't get 12v DC on the black and grey with the key on, the flasher is bad. I'm going to post a turn signal troubleshooting tutorial but it won't be on the forum until this weekend. Will is going to make a PDF for us also. Rich

I all, I have a Roketa MC-23 and I just experienced an issue where I had blown the fuse by the battery - I replaced it with a spare and blew it again, it was the 2nd blow that caused the turn signals to light up solid, but not blink, performed the tests as demonstrated above and got the following read-outs.
Grey - tests @ 12.25V Black - tests @ 12.75 Green - continuity tests at: 01.1
I am still not sure if its the flasher relay that needs to be replaced or not - I am the original owner and just bought it like 4 weeks ago. I since then have a different fuse in it and it has not blown.
Any help would be appreciated. Nick
